Pros

Courses are short, can re-take exams, lets person know what question they got wrong and provides correct answer.

Cons

There is not anything that I don't really like about the Learning Center.

It runs pretty smoothly and when there is a question, the helpdesk is fantastic for reaching out quickly and helping resolve whatever issue you are having.

Pros

We can keep our staff up to date with our yearly mandatory courses and the TLC system keeps track of the completion dates for years past. It is nice to know that the courses are being constantly updated for us to meet the ever-changing compliance standards.

Cons

The menu options could be a little more obvious. They are slightly hidden.

Can adjust courses under "Learning Plan" in order of importance to complete

Cons

You have to click in a lot of places for setting up a new user and adding courses. Some courses don't show "completed" right away, you have to click into the course to see.
