Very happy with our decision and I love the unique approach

Pros

It’s just effective. , the team use it every day and it gives me a simple direction of where to look to prevent potential spot fires. Really useful in our projects as people work remotely and can cause a lot of stress which is hard for me to identify Super quick set up, and value right away

Cons

I’m not sure , I thought daily sentiment could be a problem but it’s been well reviewed

Reasons for choosing Ploomo

The others options just sounded good but the reality was that they were either too infrequent that we could do anything in real time like engagement surveys and other providers were doing it every 3 months with large bulky surveys that would cause fatigue

Really happy we decided to used ploomo. More practical than the providers I’ve used in the past. from the other provider. It’s made in a way you can make sense of things quickly. Gives us all some clarity

Pros

Surprised at how quickly it was set up. Great support and it well adopted, simple and effective

Cons

It’s hard to say at this point as the main thing is getting the adoption high but so far it’s remained high

Positive, it's easy to add new team members

Pros

I'm not normally one to review products but Ploomo has been a really good addition to our management team, it helps us identify potential issues and how new policies are adopted

Cons

We've used it for a few months now and so far everything looks good

Switched from

So we still use culture amp, just not the engagement side of it because ploomo is so much better, its not a comparable product. in the same light, culture amp is still sued for its other features.
