"Organized way to gather input from colleagues, collaborators, stakeholders, users"
Pros: I really like how we can gather everyone's contribution and perspective in a really organized way, all documented in one place. We can put our thoughts down asynchronously and then get together to merge similar ideas and prioritize together. It's a game change for making action-ready decisions/policies/programs/processes.
Cons: From my experience, I don't have any dislikes.
"Great tool to do ideation & prioritization"
Overall: Easy to use, responsive, clean, and I'm able to focus on my main task – no distractions!
Pros: It's easy to use, sleek, and concentrates only on the core things – letting the teams ideate and prioritize their ideas. What used to take us several hours and a few meetings, now turned into asynchronous ideation work + an effective 1-hour meeting that results in a prioritized backlog that is ready to use by our design and dev teams.
Cons: I'd love to be able to export the prioritized features into Jira. Hopefully, this feature will soon appear on Impactor!
"A great brainstorming tool that keeps you on track"
Overall: This is a great tool for brainstorming, ideation, and prioritization in large and small projects. This does not replace the need for other project management tools, but it is very useful in the ideation and planning phases of a variety of project types.
Pros: The structure that Impactor gives to brainstorming is very helpful, while not limiting ideas. Prompts can be as wide or as narrow as desired, and the anonymity of submissions allows for your whole team to participate, not only the outgoing members. Compared to a brainstorming board with sticky notes that can quickly become disorganized, Impactor allows you to return to your ideation at any point and know where you left off.
Cons: It's not clear what the "commit" function means, and only one action can be committed to at a time.
"Entrepreneurship Hub "
Overall: My team used Impactor App for two uses: 1. As an ideation tool for a university hackathon event 2. As team collaboration tool Both instances have been positive and we will use this tool moving forward.
Pros: The ability to collaborate with my team on a project. Very user-friendly. Students enjoyed using this tool to help them with their ideation of new business ideas.
Cons: Had trouble signing in at first, but customer support fixed the issue immediately! No cons to note at this time.
"Next level project collaboration "
Pros: Impactor has really improved the way we collaborate on projects. Using the ideation and prioritization features we now able to uncover new ideas and quickly see where we should focus our efforts. Impactor is like having a digital 'Scrum Master' and 'Design Facilitator' all in one!
Cons: I have no cons for the time I've been using the App.
"A great tool for delivering impact "

Pros: It’s intuitive and user friendly. Easy to navigate and collect ideas from the team. Most importantly it provides the option to prioritize and commit to delivering on the outcomes as a team thus enhancing ownership.
Cons: Nothing recorded at the moment from my side or my team members.
"Seamless Management"
Pros: I was able to successfully manage the ideation phase of my project.
Cons: My team had trouble adding new people to the workspace.
