Pros

Intuitive interface, extremely customizable, and excellent customer support. Support is responsive and truly listens to feedback, which is rare and appreciated.

Cons

Initial setup took a little longer than expected, but the support team was there every step of the way. Some advanced features could use more detailed documentation.

Excellent experience, a real creative and straightforward tool helping saving our company headaches and money.

Pros

Fantastic platform helping us achieve clinical chart compliance. The ability to decipher what's insufficient in charts, to distill data, and keep clinicians accountable is unparalleled.

Cons

Slight learning curve in terms of learning how to maximize use of the platform, but well worth the effort

Pros

Brellium has the ability to automate the audit/review of thousands of notes per month - something that is not attainable for a healthcare organization without a large investment in human capital. The idea that we can have every single clinical note reviewed and flagged if not meeting out compliance requirements is what drew us to the Brellium product. Additionally, the team was great to work with while being helpful and flexible during the implementation period.

Cons

No integrated workflow with our health record system.

Pros

The software allows incredible insight on ways to improve operations, while keeping us compliant with insurance requirements. It is very intuitive and user friendly. The staff provided feedback on how to maximize the use, and had an understanding of the inner workings of the operations in our field. They were patient, kind and professional.

Cons

Brellium is great overall. It takes a little while to get the system to match your specific needs. I suppose this should be expected though when customizing the tool for your exact use. We loved that it wasn't a one size fits all tool. It was worth the time invested to get it just right!

Pros

I appreciate the ease of cross-referencing the notes that are pulled from our EMR software, decreasing the need to navigate between multiple windows to cross compare discrepancies. I also appreciate the flags and view, so that I can use my window as a "to-do" list for addressing the issues with the clinicians to prevent future issues. Now that https://brellium.com is catching more items, I am able to address them quicker, and seeing less issues on notes going forward.

Cons

There aren't any features on Brellium that I have disliked.

What I least like about Brellium is some sessions will show no data, when the session does in fact have data.

Pros

I love the quick replies from their team. I worked on setting up a pipeline for automated note auditing using the Brellium API. They were very quick to address all my questions and set up things on their side too.

Cons

Note auditing takes a little while (a few mins usually) to complete. But that's very reasonable.

Pros

The ability to create custom audit fields made it easy to get the system to identify what was required for our note audits. The communication and accessibility of the ENG team has made any feedback or requests a breeze. The capability of running a mass audit of notes,, has made a huge impact in reducing manual time spent and increased overall efficiency.

Cons

The download capabilities are limited when exporting. Also, we are unable to change scores manually, if a nuance situation warrants a correction to the audit identified deficiency.

Pros

I like how easy it was to get started with Brellium. The setup is handled and it is one thing off my plate. I was so excited that this kind of company exists to help take the very long and tedious process of checking notes from our supervisors so they can spend their time doing other things.

Cons

It is expensive but you have to factor in the time you save with others being paid to check these notes. Also, sometimes formulating a yes/no question to get to what needs to be checked can be difficult.
