Very quick to respond and solve issues, as well as implement new ideas. Brellium saves us hours of time weekly on our audit. It is very intuitive and user friendly. The staff provided feedback on how to maximize the use, and had an understanding of the inner workings of the operations in our field. They were patient, kind and professional. Cons Brellium is great overall. It takes a little while to get the system to match your specific needs. I suppose this should be expected though when customizing the tool for your exact use. We loved that it wasn't a one size fits all tool. It was worth the time invested to get it just right! " June 28, 2024 5.0 Pros Brellium has the ability to automate the audit/review of thousands of notes per month - something that is not attainable for a healthcare organization without a large investment in human capital. The idea that we can have every single clinical note reviewed and flagged if not meeting out compliance requirements is what drew us to the Brellium product. Additionally, the team was great to work with while being helpful and flexible during the implementation period. Cons No integrated workflow with our health record system. I also appreciate the flags and view, so that I can use my window as a "to-do" list for addressing the issues with the clinicians to prevent future issues. Now that https://brellium.com is catching more items, I am able to address them quicker, and seeing less issues on notes going forward. Pros I like how easy it was to get started with Brellium. The setup is handled and it is one thing off my plate. I was so excited that this kind of company exists to help take the very long and tedious process of checking notes from our supervisors so they can spend their time doing other things. Cons It is expensive but you have to factor in the time you save with others being paid to check these notes. I worked on setting up a pipeline for automated note auditing using the Brellium API. They were very quick to address all my questions and set up things on their side too. The communication and accessibility of the ENG team has made any feedback or requests a breeze. The capability of running a mass audit of notes,, has made a huge impact in reducing manual time spent and increased overall efficiency. Cons The download capabilities are limited when exporting. We have an enormous company and are only able to review a very small percentage of our documentation. Brellium is able to catch time errors, quality errors, and other things so that we are able to prioritize those notes over others. Cons The cost is high, which is understandable for the service being provided. But I think that is why our company is only able to use it for a small portion of our work. They are very responsive and willing to work with the team to make sure we are set up smoothly. The product works incredibly well and has helped us improve consistency and accuracy of our audits, while cutting out cost for audits in half. Overall would highly recommend!!
