Am a consultant, and i was trying to do this with website appointment booking but it was not easy since I need plugin for booking tool and it was costly too but this sorted out my issue

Cons

In starting it was difficult for me to setup but after seeing tutorial it was done in 10-15 minutes . And it's was easy to use

Overall I loved it, the UI is super snappy, the design is good and it just works what its suppsed to do. It also integrates with facetime, that's pretty cool.

Pros

The real simple UI its super clean and super simple to use as well. Its pretty snappy and fast - thats what I liked most about it.

Cons

Its still not as big as calendly, so lack some advanced features like robin routing when your team is like 100+ people it might be a bit of an hassle. But for smaller teams its pretty good

I liked the integration with whatsapp integration to send automated messages and work flows and also the UI/UX of the entire platform.

Cons

many of the CRM tools are already there, however a few more CRM tools need to be added like Brevo, Since I am using Brevo

We can absolutely eliminate use of pen and paper to register an appointment. A link can be shared to new patients, where they will be able to see all the available appointments and book easily according to their convenience. While using pen and paper, we need to glance through to see the available timings, but using cal id eliminates that as it displays only the available slots to the patients.

Pros

It is very simple interface, anyone who has no idea about booking system can manage to use it. It provides seamless and easy way to book appointments for my dental patients.

Cons

Quite a few like custom messages are not available. If we have to send custom messages, whatsapp business has to linked to the cal id.

My overall experience is very good with the CAL ID. So I do not have any kind of alternative in my mind to switch upon any another platform. To be very honest.

Pros

What I really like about the Cal ID is that I got a particular dashboard which I haven't been getting from Calendly and other platforms as well. Like I have tried multiple sources for booking the meetings, but while I started using Cal ID, this is something really phenomenal.

Cons

To be very specific, I haven't found any cons as of now. But yes, if I really have to identify something, then I believe that the procedure to set up the profile is not simplified as other platforms are because they are offering multiple features, so I guess it is kinda justified.

I was able to connect my multiple calendars and manage it all in one place. It made my appointment booking smooth and seamless. Ability to connect multiple calendars and video conferencing apps enhanced the way how i schedule meetings with my clients.

Cons

I had issues connecting my zoho calendar but i was able to connect Google and Outlook calendars. I would like to connect my zoho calendar as well inorder to completely integrate my scheduling workflow into cal id. Hope the team will fix this soon.

Excellent, responsive team. So far the software has been relaible and we've been able to do more than we could with the previous software as we're not restricted on price.

Pros

The price point for the range of services available is excellent value, and being able to import directly from Calendly made migrating easy

Cons

So far nothing - its all been smooth. We were reluctant to try Teams with Calendly due to the cost associated, so I don't know how this routing/workflows compare to that but so far so good.

Cons

Ease of Use. At one point of time, we lost all our account when I deleted the account accidentally, but it was easy to recover although deleting a profile should not mean deleting the account.

Pros

Pros

I personally like how easy it is to manage all the bookings. It's easy to use and the UI/UX is superb. The interface is clean.

Cons

Overall it's a good scheduling platform. However, understanding how to create different workflows was a task. Definitely took some time to get used to it. Just a suggestion... if we could have a Whatsapp integration deployed... that'd be awesome.

Cal ID appears to have all the bases covered for a scheduling app. Onboarding is quick and easy. Creating appointment types and using the app appears to be effortless and although I have not tried it yet, I understand that it is possible to process payments on the platform.

Cons

So far, I don't see any glaring glitches or issues. It will take some time to discover whether there are any problems that require fixing or important features that are missing.

Overall, Cal ID has been a helpful tool for managing meetings and avoiding long email conversations about timing. It works well for daily use and is good enough that the small issues do not stop it from being useful.

Pros

Cal ID is easy to set up and use, even the first time. The booking page looks clean, and sharing a link to schedule a meeting is very simple. It also connects well with calendars and tools like Zoom, which saves time

Cons

Sometimes the site feels a bit slow when there are many rules or options added. There are also fewer options to change the design and branding of the booking page than some other tools.

Cal ID is great for a solopreneur who want to focus on a workflow, rather then developing own service. I use it for appointments booking for myself and for my clients who are both solopreneur and freelancers. It is easy to get paid for your counselling service through the platform.

Pros

You can claim 2 yers PRO subscription for free, that is a great deal. Easy to use, intuitive UI, lots of features. Payments. Event types, availability all are here.

Cons

Although I haven't found anything yet, I need to mention that it is not easy for me to undrstand what Cal ID can do with Make?
