Led to positive adoption. Pros The ability to send a paylink to a Customer for payment at their leisure on their own device. Cons THere's nothing now, previously the lack of API access for pay links but they've taken that on board and closed the gap. Reasons for choosing Blink Payment Blink were suggested to us when we signed up for physical card processing with Fidelity / AIB. At the time there were not any alternatives that did what Blink does that were not much more expensive. We have kept an eye on the market and whilst there are now options there is nothing that would make us switch. The online chat system has also been a real help. It has been promptly answered and issues have even been dealt with while a customer has been waiting on the telephone. Pros This was a very easy to implement system. All users have taken to this system with ease. We havea website payment gateway, payment terminals and PDQ machine. All installed flawlessly. Cons There is nothing really to dislike. It is simple and does exactly what it says on the tin.
