Led to positive adoption. Pros The ability to send a paylink to a Customer for payment at their leisure on their own device. Cons THere's nothing now, previously the lack of API access for pay links but they've taken that on board and closed the gap. Reason for choosing Blink Payment Blink were suggested to us when we signed up for physical card processing with Fidelity / AIB. At the time there were not any alternatives that did what Blink does that were not much more expensive. We have kept an eye on the market and whilst there are now options there is nothing that would make us switch. Review Source GH GEMMA H. Everything works great. We switched from Worldpay a few years ago. This is a better service, and less cost. Pros Easy to use, and payments are authorised quickly. Cons Don't always get the invoices from Blink. The online chat system has also been a real help. It has been promptly answered and issues have even been dealt with while a customer has been waiting on the telephone. Pros This was a very easy to implement system. All users have taken to this system with ease. We havea website payment gateway, payment terminals and PDQ machine. All installed flawlessly. Cons There is nothing really to dislike. It is simple and does exactly what it says on the tin. Pros What I like most about Blink is it is quick and easy to use while maintaining security. Cons Would be better if you could import batches into the accounting systems and split where required. Pros Ease of use and that it doesn't log you out after x number of mins Cons That I can't pay someone through it - only refund what someone has paid us. With regards to paying someone through Blink, we do have a function that allows you to credit a customer's card. This differs from a refund as you can do it independently from a transaction, meaning that the amount is not limited to an original transaction.
