One of the reasons we chose this system was its high degree of alignment with our business needs. It provided us with more than 95% of the functionality we required without any modifications. Additionally, the development team handled the areas where we needed some customizations accurately and efficiently. The system also came with some extra features that enhanced our business processes and gave us a competitive edge. We were able to manage all the complexities of our hotel contracts and packages within the system, as well as integrate it seamlessly with our suppliers, clients, and accounting software. Despite its rich functionality, the system was easy to learn and use, and we received excellent support from the vendor.

Pros

Travellect impresses with its cutting-edge features and user-friendly interface, revolutionizing the booking experience with state-of-the-art booking engines. Its ultra-modern technology sets it apart, providing a seamless and efficient travel arrangement process for businesses. The positive feedback from users indicates satisfaction with its capabilities, making it a preferred choice in the competitive landscape of travel management software.

Cons

The integration process with Travellect and our channel manager posed a challenge as Travellect was not initially connected, requiring us to undertake the integration from scratch. This lack of pre-existing connectivity added complexity and effort to the integration process. However, despite this hurdle, there is optimism that once the integration is completed, Travellect will contribute positively to our organization and its clients.
