Nothing less than excellent. I use this service from USA. Best value for value. I researched several providers and finally settled with Maileroo. Very reliable. Very user friendly dashboard. Very quick response from customer care.

Pros

I love it as an SMTP service for transactional emails. The app is fast and fully featured, but not overwhelming, and email delivery is super fast and reliable. Just perfect! Every time I needed to request a feature or inquire about something with the team, they responded quickly and satisfactorily, both in their Discord channel and via email.

Cons

Nothing really, I love the app overall. They have all the features I need and things work simply, smoothly and just fine.

Excelente. En espera de algún día añadan soporte built-in de React Mail. Una de las libs más importantes para construir una buena UX para correos.

Pros

Me encanta Maileroo. Lo he usado durante unos cuatro meses. Tiene un precio genial. Es fácil de usar, sin complicaciones. Desde que lo descubrí, se lo recomiendo a mis compañeros de trabajo para el envío de correos transaccionales y de campaña. Y, hasta ahora, nada de rebranding innecesario a IA.

Cons

Sinceramente, no tengo nada que me desagrade. Incluso funciona para Cuba sin discriminar mi procedencia ni residencia.

So far, excellent performance. No fuss. It works as expected. Staff seems genuinely interested in your email getting through the fog of the spam/antispam war raging on the Internet.

Pros

Customer support was used once and was actually helpful ( a pleasant surprise). Also, because we are sending currently less than 3000 emails per month, the service cost nothing. (we are only using the SMTP relay function)

Cons

Whenever I need to check the success of a mass mailing, I need to specify the window of the mailing by stating date-time debut and date-time end. This is a bit cumbersome. I wish I could also specify the selected mailing by a single name, the obvious one being the one used in my CiviCRM mailing system.

We explored the various options for SES provider, and we found Maileroo, give it a try and immediately love it. With almost instant Live Chat support, to various SDK for easy implementation. It offers click tracking even for free tier which most providers don't. Generous 14 days email log to investigate if something went wrong. Keep up the good work and we're looking forward for new version release on August 2026.

Pros

Generous free tier quota, enterprise level API endpoint, Live Chat support (Even for free users) and almost instant support! Various SDK for easy implementation across different tech stacks. Came from years of Mailgun usage and immediately fall in love with Maileroo as it offers the discontinued Flex plan from Mailgun with 14 days of mail retention.

Cons

Sometimes send API down for a few seconds, but it's acceptable as we do have retry mechanism to retry the resend later. Otherwise, all good from a previous years of Mailgun user perspective.

Pros

Their customer service is excellent. They truly listen to our needs and act accordingly. For example, when I needed to increase my hourly email limit, I explained my reasoning and they raised it without any hesitation. They were incredibly accommodating—especially considering I'm on the free tier! I actually switched to them from another provider that started charging too much. I really hope they keep supporting users like me who don't need a massive plan, just the bare essentials.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints about Maileroo. Usually, free tiers come with strict limitations or nonexistent customer support, but my experience here has been entirely flawless. Even when I ran into a minor cap issue with my hourly email limits, their team resolved it immediately without any hesitation. The platform is highly reliable, incredibly accommodating to basic users, and delivers exactly what it promises. It is rare to find a service that works this smoothly without forcing you into an expensive paid plan. I am completely satisfied and have absolutely no negative feedback to share.

Great, I'd recommend over fancy SV solutions that may evaporate. Maileroo is serious, simple, good!!

Pros

Helpful support, had all the features I needed. I needed inbound email and their features are complete and work.

Cons

DNS setup was confusing, but they helped me figure it out. Other than that there aren't any real drawbacks.

Pros

Using Maileroo for half a year now. Api and its documentation is simple, straightforward and just works. Also using the Zapier integration for other projects and it's quick to setup. What truly makes the difference is the fast, personal support. Support is always quick to respond and to find a solution. Requests or suggestions are taken seriously and often translated into practical improvements. That level of personal involvement and service is rare and makes Maileroo a solution I can confidently recommend. Experience with mailgun, mailjet, sendgrid, resend and Maileroo takes the cake.

Cons

The Email Marketing template builder's UX should still be improved, but its overall functionality is fine.

AWESOME! I got to know about Maileroo through an online community and I tried it. I have not used any other service for my transactional mail since then.

Pros

I like the simplicity of setting up the service and responsiveness of their support.

Cons

I don't know. I once had a problem setting up the service with a webhost, but the issue was from the host and not Maileroo.

Overall, it's been great! Anytime I've reached out to support they've been super helpful and have gone above and beyond.

Pros

I was encouraged to try it out because of the price, but have found it to be an extremely reliable transaction email provider with awesome support.

Cons

My only complaint is I wish there were more filters for email logs.

We were searching for a new SMTP provider, after the one we were using raised the prices for the 3rd time - in 2 years. We Found Maileroo and couldn't be happier. Everything works smoothly, prices are top-notch, and their support is friendly and helpful.

Affordable prices compared to other SMTP providers we have been using in the past, support is friendly and helpful

Nothing really comes to our mind... We have been using it for about 3 months now, and everything works as it should.

Really positive experience overall. I have added dozens of domains to it and the SMTP email delivery has worked just fine.

Pros

I love their simple and straightforward approach to SMTP. Their app is fast, adding a new domain and getting the configuration confirmed is also very quick, and their SMTP works perfectly. Now they are expanding into email marketing tools, and what I appreciate is that they are following the same principles in the development of this tool.

Cons

They are family new, so their app needs some polishing in terms of UI
