I am able to see more patients in the same amount of time. I don't need to hire as many staff since Edvak many administrative tasks. Pros Edvak is easy to use and mostly accurate. I have been able to see more patients due to my decreased charting time. Cons Sometimes recommended ICD is not accurate. I must spend some extra time looking for the correct diagnosis. Customer service is very responsive. They don't nickel and dime you. I feel the software is up and coming. Pros Very advanced. Contains the features of many software providers all in one platform. AI scribing allows me to see patients quickly. I finish my notes before moving on to the next patient. I don't have to stay late to finish notes or do notes at home. Cons Some features are still being developed. Does not have the refinement of software that has been around for 10+ years.
