Pros

It completely changed how I collect feedback from all shareholders and share with the dev team - it's super easy and smooth process that saves a lot of time!

Cons

Nothing major to add here - now that there is Notion integration, it works great for my team!

Very easy to use, and easy to implement, you don't need any technical knowledge to use this product.

Pros

It saves a lot of time while reviewing our website and testing our mobile app. It saves us from the back-and-forth screenshots and follow-up meetings for specific bugs and cases.

Cons

I don't know because I have everything I need in the app at the moment.

Pros

Ease of collaboration: Commented did a great job in facilitating collaboration across different teams—marketing, product, C-level, and technical—allowing for easy communication and coordination. Efficient comment tracking: The ability to track comments and their statuses efficiently streamlined the process of suggesting and implementing changes. Responsive support team: The Commented team was highly responsive, addressing minor issues promptly and effectively.

Cons

Some minor bugs were encountered, although they were quickly resolved by the Commented team.
