They have done everything on the backend so you can quickly customize and launch a useful chatbot. Cons There are some limitations to the customization that you can do because it is no code, but that is part of the compromise for such a quick set-up and easy-to-use service. I'm able to run my business with just me and botsonic. Pros I love the fact that I can train the bot with all the info about my business and operating costs and procedures. My bot is trained with my inventory that syncs on a regular basis, that way it is always up to date on the tires I have on hand. I trained my bot with my current clients that Ive done business with in the past, so if they have billing questions they can get help with out ever having to speak to someone. It saves me a lot of time and makes for a happier customer. Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like about Botsonic yet. One can be up & running within minutes with a fully customised Chatbot (ie colours, logos etc) Cons The jump is cost between a Business package through to an Enterprise package seems a bit steep, considering the primary driver for us is the amount of messages that are able to be be used. While the Enterprise has plenty extra features, we aren't concerned with them (at this stage) . The branding appearance of the tool is excellent and allows us to white label it as our own software. Pros Botsonic took the website we fed it and the internal company procedural manuals plus a couple of spreadsheets and indexed them all very quickly. This trained the chatbot which speaks with natural language to respond to customer requests in a knowledgeable way.
