Per fortuna al momento la ns azienda non ha ricevuto segnalazioni, quindi l'ho utilizzato poco. Ho provato ad inviare una segnalazione di prova per verificarne il corretto funzionamento e sono stata soddisfatta. Consiglio questo software.

Pros

E' facile da utilizzare, è intuitivo, l'assistenza dà supporto a 360° in caso di necessità.

Cons

zero difetti. Non abbiamo riscontrato mancanze al momento o malfunzionamenti.

Velocità nel processo di messa a disposizione della soluzione con anche un corso personalizzato rivolto al master admin della soluzione. Semplicità di utilizzo da parte degli utenti, la soluzione è molto intuitiva e alla portata anche di utenti non particolarmente avvezzi all'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici. Inoltre, è corredata da un kit di benvenuto che guida l'utente anche nella predisposizione della documentazione, come l'informativa e la DPIA, a corredo della soluzione.

Cons

Per il momento nulla, mi riservo di aggiornare la recensione qualora rilevassi inconvenienti.
