“How slow it takes for it to load the conversations after completion. Once the conversation is transcribed if you are solely going off what the transcription says for the whole entire conversation back and forth between the client and sales agent it is hard to understand what is going on because of how it transcribes verses the actual recording of the conversation.“

Cons

The gimmicky tokens and credits you have to buy. The upcharging seems a little too much for my company

Pros

Very user friendly. Valuable coaching software for my team. I enjoy being able to seamlessly move from ridealong to ridealong.

Cons

It's slightly glitchy. Like it will play music but not show anything sometimes. other than that it's great.

Due to the unresponsiveness of Rilla and the insistence on the last $6K payment ($18K I thought was a good amount for 30 days), I can not recommend dealing with Rilla. They are not transparent, greedy, and their product is not as good as others.

Pros

It synched nicely with our Blue Collar Success Group process. It worked ok as long as tech did not call ahead to the customer

Cons

If the tech called ahead, the call would be recorded but no automatic start of recording when they arrived at job. Their work around created issues. Switched to another system with a better trigger and stopped using Rilla after 30 days. They refused to lower total contract price to get out. Demanded $24K for 30 days of use that did not work the way originally described.

LOVE IT!! The feedback after appointments is absolutely great but I especially love the role play feature.

Pros

The pretty much instant feedback you receive along with the roleplay feature with appointments I have run so you can go over actual scenarios you have already been through and will help you improve at a better pace.

Cons

The scoring on the roleplays, when it says I should have done something that I know I did, but its still great practice on my own time.

A massive time saver and absolutely necessary if you can get your employees to buy into it. I couldn't imagine coaching without it.

Pros

Ride-Alongs and Features are top notch. The ability to listen live, give real time feedback and coach in the moment is second to none.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get ahold of your designated account manager. Expansion of the work force is important to keep up with customer support.

Cons

Roleplay function needs to be a little more realistic. Transcription is a bit wonky at times Not much to worry about.

I've really enjoyed Rilla and almost everything about it. It's such a value-add service and the support is fantastic. The response times are great when you need help and the people are super approachable. The feedback from the AI tool is much more accurate and helpful than other AI tools we've used in the past as well.

Pros

The tool, as a concept, is an absolute homerun. It's also executed extremely well. To round it out, the customer support is extremely helpful, simply, and the team behind Rilla is shockingly human. The interactions are casual, valuable, and high-impact. In our modern world of transactional interactions, the folks at Rilla actually seem to value conversation and seeking to solve others' needs.

Cons

Not too much, the learning curve to become a power user is not my favorite, but it's necessary. No different than learning some shortcuts and tools in excel - becomes much more easy to use when you spend some time in it.

I like there is a system to help track every meeting. Helps you stay the course, become disciplined and consistent, and find areas of improvement.

Pros

The call quality and feedback is really spot on, and helpful to see what I missed or did really well at.

Cons

I would say the least is feeling like some of the things I did hit but some times it doesn’t check them off. Not a massive deal and doesn’t happen often

It’s been a priceless asset for helping develop my team. In 18 years of doing this, I have never been as productive with training and coaching my team to develop into true sales pros. In an industry that generally attracts people that aren’t great communicators, it has really become a developmental must have.

Pros

Excellent customer support. Amazing tech and really insightful data that I can use to implement immediately in training my team.

Cons

There are a few bugs from time to time that I run into. Sometimes the audio version of AI isn’t responsive or freezes.

Cons

I sometimes forget to stop recording - not much Rilla can do - I don’t want it popping up in appointments!

I have been a daily user for over a year and I have increased my conversion rates and average tickets substantially with just a focus on maintaining a high tracker ratio! I feel that it is an invaluable resource, tool and advantage!

Pros

I love the call recording, the ability to dive into any specific area with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the invaluable feedback I receive from that! The customer support is second to none and every single time I reach out with even the most minor or mundane issue or question I receive immediate attention to my concern and it’s always accompanied with the most efficient alacrity!

Cons

I wish \[sensitive content hidden\] could dive into different calls for more comparisons with audio commands like while I’m driving.

Encouraging, it is allowing us all to train ourselves better to be able to listen and convey information to everyone we interact with

Pros

I am able to be on site with my team, from my office, to be able to listen in and assist them with their interactions with the clients.

Cons

The translation from spoken words to text is still a work in progress, but with so many factors (background noise, tone of person, and dialect) the platform is doing well.

This app is a cheat code to sales management! There is no way you could properly ride along with 10 reps and be accurate. here you have the opportunity to be there for all you reps.

Pros

I love being able to be there for all my reps, especially with Rilla LIVE I can hop on and see what my reps need before they even call.

Cons

Some transcripts aren't 100% accurate going back and forth with reps and customers, but you can always listen to verify.

I use Rilla daily now for all my appointments. I do appreciate the extra level of awareness when recording my presentations. My customers don't mind and they understand. I use the feedback and the Ai options to set follow up appointments and how to prepare for the next meeting.

Pros

Great way to keep notes and receive feedback for help. The Ai gets better the more input given. The feed back with Ai Rick is honest and helpful

Cons

The translation can be spotty, many times the converstation comes out incorrectly. It's hard to determine the conversation role when more people are in the appointment than the schedule shows.

It’s been helpful in letting me make corrections to my pitch in the fly, but it can’t pick up subtle clues hidden in the human nature of physical interaction. Definitely prefer having it, over not. I understand it’s asking a lot for an AI to have that capability at this point. I just can’t help but wonder how much more helpful it could be if it were that capable.

I like the instant feedback you get from the a.i.. I think being able to identify and correct issues in a pitch in the fly is very helpful

Cons

I don’t like how it can’t determine how well a pitch is going based off of inflection and or inflection.

Pros

Our team recently began working with Rilla and we are already having success! Easy to use and was quick for us to catch on.

Cons

We are only upset we didn’t find Rilla sooner! Only thing is that the audio can be improved as not all words translate exactly but that is more of a glitch and a rare occurrence.

Pros

I was a doubter when I first started using at a new job, didn't like the idea of recording all my sales calls. But was I ever wrong, the power of being able to review my sales calls with team members to analyze and improve skills is invaluable. Add in the ability to listen to other co-workers calls and pick up tips, with accurate summary tools to easily jump around different parts of our process, and I can't imagine performing my job without Rilla

Cons

Very occasionally, often with low cell signal, a call that began recording will fail to fully capture the meeting.

It’s easy to operate. If you have any problems you simply chat and they remedy. You can forward to points without going through whole appointments

Cons

Not great at speech recognition when translating to text. Sometimes it thinks I say things that I don’t when you listen to recording

I love Rilla and everything about it. From hearing the conversations, asking discovery questions, getting answers on why some jobs didn’t close, and seeing stats on trackers has been a game changer and improved our closing ratios!

Pros

I love being able to hear a ride along and summary without spending hours on the road. It has saved me hours each week!

Cons

I wish I could schedule a time to send a comment. When I leave comments late at night I don’t want to send the comment unless it’s office hours.

Pros

Ride along is an awesome coaching tool and the big Rick AI feature is excellent for self improvement. Customer support is great as well.

Cons

No real downside in my opinion. Only suggestion would be to have Big Rick on the Home Screen in the mobile app
