I truly enjoy Rilla. I think it is one of the most powerful tools a manager can use to create an environment of improvement.

Pros

I like the immediate feedback Rilla gives reps and management. I also use it for running my meetings. I provides real time data and analytics to improve.

Cons

Sales rep buy in can be tough. Many times they will see it as a micromanaging tool. As a manager, it will be up to you to develop their trust, and use it appropriately.

Our experience with Rilla has been a game changer. Our sales are up 30% compared to same time last year and we have just started with it. We have been using Rilla going on 7 months now, and have no complaints at all. New ideas and new things get added, that are making physical ride a longs , no longer needed when you can do a virtual ride-a-long with any salesman anytime of the day with Rilla. Awesome app! I would recommend this product to any company that is looking to boost there sales numbers and goals.

Pros

Rilla's features in general are great and the ease of use on both the mobile side and office side are great. Being able to check and monitor our sales guys process and help coach them to be better salesman has been a blessing. Rilla has made virtual coaching a simple and smooth seamless process.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about the product. This app is a game changer for sales, and can be for any industry if used and incorporated into the business plan.

Great product - I would recommend to anyone who has a mobile work force with customer interaction

Pros

I love that I can hear what the technicians hear from our conversations with customers. I'm able to develop custom coaching pans for each technician and I'm able to provide real time feedback

Cons

I am not a fan of the "coachable moments" - it causes the Ride Along functionality to be clumsy at times

Reason for choosing Rilla

This was a product introduced to us at a large conference for Nexstar. Any suggestion from Nexstar is usually on target

10/10 would recommend. Easy to use, great way to leave technicians good feedback on what they're doing. It's like reviewing game film which is way more effective for coaching.

Pros

Getting a true picture of what's happening on calls rather than trusting the technician's judgement

Cons

It could be really boring at times but I think the Ridealongs feature will help with that

I was able to benefit from rilla the exact day I started using the app! I was amazed at how much I gained from using the app day after day

The ease of use an near instant feedback and break down

Cons

Not connected through service titan yet, starting the job through two apps is not hard by any means but would be more convenient to start and stop when we hit arrive at a job an closed out on departure

Its a bit cumbersome to navigate and its been challenging to get technician buy in

Cons

The audio to speech translation can be off at times and if there is a third person in the appointment it can throw off some of the analytics.

Pros

Sales positions have the tendency to either be a fun game when you're winning or drawn out when you're on a losing streak. Rilla adds this fun theme regardless of winning or losing. It really creates a fun game out of Sales, with Stats to analyze, tape to review, and even AI to help along the way.

Cons

Due to limitations of the recording devise being in the pocket and AI software limitations, I find that the transcription assigns the homeowner to things the salesman said, and the other way around. To be truthful, this has gotten better over the year since I noticed it first.

I enjoyed how easy it was to do quick help for techs and help them consider how to better approach their calls. It also gave me a great view of how skilled each tech is at each step of the call.

Cons

I really like the keyboard controls but wish there was an easy reminder shown somewhere on screen while using the program.

Pros

For in home sales this product is a must. Adoption with the team can be a challenge but when you use it the right way it’s a benefit to everyone.

Cons

The iPad app needs to be improved. It makes it hard to use. Looking forward to the update

Its a helpful tool to look back on a deal that may not have gone as expected, to find the mistake and work to correct it.

Cons

Depending on the key words entered, sometimes the % accuracy may not be completely on. Care needs taken when set up.

Rilla can be accessed by all employees. This can and will help employees looking to get a leg up on the competition and will help when in a situation ypu may have not been in yet that will help to your advantage to learn about.

Some transcriptions are inaccurate but you still have the recording.

Pros

It allows me to do at least 10 ridealongs per day and coach 10 different technicians in half a day.

Cons

That it can't block out other conversations like the TV/radio while the technician and the customer are talking.

I truly find Rilla an absolute benefit for companies balancing the overhead of proper oversight, while hiring positions that can positively impact revenue rather than create a drag.

Pros

The ability to ridealong with multiple sites, in various timezones is phenomenal. Providing feedback by video or text is imperative to various learning styles.

Cons

Engaging my team into usage for their own benefit has been a challenge. My hope is that there will be a feature for Techs to perform their own "ridealongs" with interactive feedback incorporating any mgmt feedback as well as insights from Top Techs.

We love RILLA as Sales Coaches. I also sell in the house and find it extremely helpful to find ways of bettering my performance in the house.

Pros

RILLA has continued to increase their accuracy and effectiveness. The software bring scientific data to the sales industry instead of best guess that we have used for more than 30 years.

Cons

The only con we have found is that it is pretty costly.

The Rilla team is available when you need something, very responsive. They are always working on improving the Rilla platform as well. Change can be challenging but they make it fun to learn functions in their software.

Pros

Having the ability to observe the field team interacting with customers on site, and customers communicating with them is such a time saver and valuable tool. Field team members tend to get a bit more nervous and reserved if someone is observing them live, this is allows them to handle their calls without feeling like they are being watched. In addition, it allows for us to review with them, areas where they shined, and identify where additional training may be beneficial.

Cons

It's all positive. Nothing bad to say at all.

Rilla as a whole has been amazing - the checklists I can set for myself, the recording quality, and the AIs ability to analyze the recording and give you transcripts has been very impactful for my work

Pros

I like the analysis of each of my calls. I thought I knew how to talk to clients but now I have been able to see areas that I needed to work on like the speed I talk and see that I was always too quick to respond to a question or statement from the customer causing me to cut them off or talk over them.

Cons

It’s hard to find a good place for my phone during the conversation so it’s not awkward and obvious that it’s all being recorded.
