Overall Rillavoice is a great tool that I use everyday to follow up and review after a meeting.

Pros

I love the availability to go back and listen to what was said and be able to adjust in areas I may have gone wrong.

Cons

Talk to text isn’t great. It does not translate exactly what is said

Cons

AI speed to learn how to improve feedback. Tracker/rating scale a little too specific script focused.

I enjoy being able to navigate the appointment and know what my advisors are doing. Helps keep quality to a maximum and assures accountability.

Cons

Transcriptions are not always clear to understand.

The only thing I could possible think of to improve is I wish the recordings shared with you were stored in the app somewhere
