### "Best sales coaching services in the industry"

Rilla is amazing, we went to one of their conferences last year, just me and my partner, we've both been to these types of conventions before probably 3 dozen different sales conventions over the last 20 years between the two of us and weren't sure if it would be worth the expense, this year we are brining our whole team because it was seriously one of the best conventions we've been to, in some ways, it was the best, I think especially for a younger company, sales person and for in home sales. So, why mention this? Because Rilla is a lot more than just another app on your phone, it's a lot more than just one more task for a sales manager. It's a coaching program and I really believe Rilla will be one of the biggest sales brands in the country with the culture and tools they are helping build for companies that want to take sales seriously and level up to the next level, or more.

Pros

I've been in sales for 21 years, I've recorded myself and gone back and listened to it for years. When the iPhone was brand new it was a game changer but rilla, with the transcription, use of Ai, ability to comment, and coach and share best practices has made this an indispensable tool for our company. Not just for trianing, coaching, but for a CYA protection standpoint as well, we've had homeowners say "that's not what the rep said." or "I was never told that" Rilla has saved us from lawsuits on two seperate occasions, I'm sure as a result I'll be able to pay for Rilla for a long time and be financially ahead both in how it helps sped up training, advance the sales reps confidence, learning curve, and activity, it helps keep the rep sticking to the basics and avoiding short cuts and going back to listen to the sales pitch has saved us headaches because now we know exactly what was or wasn't said in the house. Some reps have been hesitant to use it, they don't want "big brother over their sholder, but then they see the reps using it are making more, not just for the coaching, but also for the ability to search the conversation to remember what was said, it makes the reps the use it super human, they're augmenting their memory, speeding up training, and holding themselves accountable with data that will catapult their career. We've been with Rilla since their beginning, we've seen them grow, a lot faster than our company, and they still reach out to make sure we are set up for success, and have taken a lot of our feedback and made an app we love to use. Cons

Honestly the things we like the least have already been shared with Rilla and over the years they've changed the app and service to make it so much better than it ever has been. They've built an app we really love using. I do wish we could retitle the conversations, and delete the ones that don't need to be kept a little easier.

Reason for choosing Rilla

We looked into something called Syro which isn't on the drop down list and there's not an OTHER, option... but Rilla, it wasn't just better, but I spoke with Sebastian directly in the beginning and it was him personally and how seriously they took our feedback and the direction I saw them headed that made me realize I wanted to be a customer and give it a shot.

It’s been a priceless asset for helping develop my team. In 18 years of doing this, I have never been as productive with training and coaching my team to develop into true sales pros. In an industry that generally attracts people that aren’t great communicators, it has really become a developmental must have.

Pros

Excellent customer support. Amazing tech and really insightful data that I can use to implement immediately in training my team.

Cons

There are a few bugs from time to time that I run into. Sometimes the audio version of AI isn’t responsive or freezes.

It's taken our coaching to a whole new level. Ride-alongs are no longer awkward and our techs know that we've got their backs. The advantage it has given to resolving client concerns is on another level.

Pros

The platform is constantly improving. The live feature is clutch for onboarding and holding new technicians accountable.

Cons

Too much promotional marketing to their own clients. Our CSM is out of office very frequently without prior notification.

While there’s a small learning curve, the impact on accountability, consistency, and rep development has been well worth it.

Pros

What I like most about Rilla is how effortlessly it turns everyday sales conversations into clear, coachable insights without adding friction for reps. It captures the reality of what’s actually being said in the field, then breaks it down into actionable data—talk ratios, keyword usage, objection handling, and coaching moments—so feedback is specific and objective instead of based on gut feel. The ability to quickly identify top-performer behaviors and replicate them across the team has made coaching more efficient, more fair, and far more impactful, especially in fast-moving, in-home sales environments.

Cons

Sometimes the automatic transcription can misinterpret words or phrases, especially with strong accents, background noise, or overlapping talk. Sometimes the sounds is muffled if the device is recording outside or in a pocket.

Pros

It was great customer service. They were very responsive and helpful. They possessed a positive outlook which helps during a transition into a new system for the business.

Cons

The texts and emails are relentless on my phone and computer with messages on the weekend. Nitro does not normally work weekends.

It's been an experience. we have learned that having clear and consistent feedback is crucial. There was a lot of up front work that we were not prepped and prepared for. We put the work in but the sales and scoping team could be more transparent explaining to people that this is not "magic". It requires a lot of work to set up scripts and trackers and go through certain words the AI might pull out.

Pros

The ability to listen to our sales calls. The AI agent has improved immensely to help identify pain points.

Cons

The fact that we cannot have the AI delineate between an initial appointment and a follow up. This dilutes our trackers.

Staff is friendly and very quick to help if you come across any issues. They're always very friendly and helpful

Pros

Team collaboration, Ease of finding and reviewing key points in sales calls. Being able to ride along with teammates without having to actually attend live

Cons

While conversations have to be deleted if there's one point that needs to be removed. The record of the appointment becomes lost entirely if a rep forgets their phone in the room for 5 min. Wish that 5 min could be redacted instead

Pros

Great value, awesome customer support! This has been a great addition to my home service team. The call quality is spot on!

Cons

I began using the product early on while lots of upgrades or changes were taking place. It was a bit challenging to us to be able to keep up, but the support was there when we took the time to reach out for it.

most people don’t want to be recorded. I have to sell it and it adds to the already long consultation. Once that’s past I often forget it’s even running.

Pros

It helps keep me on target. Knowing I’m being recorded I am more aware of hitting my points and gaining agreement.

Cons

It doesn’t always hear things correctly. Often it doesn’t hear things I say then tells me I didn’t do those things, when I did.

Pros

allows teammates and mentors to give constructive feedback. AI Rick is slick new tach and very useful.

Cons

a few glitches here and there but glad you are working on them. Like it seems to cut off the first few min of appts.

My overall experience has been good, I look forward to seeing how Rilla has ranked me through my progressions with the appointment process.

Pros

I enjoy how it picks up a two way conversation and the AI feature is able to transcribe it so I can go back and look over my prior conversations. I feel like it is private and secure and most people don’t even realize or let it make them uncomfortable.

Cons

It’s not always accurate picking up the conversation, sometimes the words and voices in the conversation get muffled for whatever the reason and then it’s to difficult to understand the context of the conversation that was being had.

Very positive experience with the exception of the difficulties of call recording which is where all of our customer support conversations take place

Pros

Very easy to use and give us very valuable feedback on conversations with clients to help us improve our scripting for future interactions. Whether it be a sales pitch, initial client contact or customer support after a client has signed with us. Also makes it easier for our team to collaborate and learn more about each individual role in the company since each department is able to upload their own personalized scripts. Data synch and upload is incredibly quick.

Cons

Only con is not having the ability to directly record calls which would be very helpful for our customer support team. We have gotten around this hurdle by placing calls on speaker and using another phone to record the conversation via Rilla, but this can be a pain, especially with multiple people on the phone in the room at one time.

As a result of having access to, and using Rilla, I've seen my sales performance improve. I get to be myself, rather than worrying about what a manager might be thinking in the moment, when "riding along" on an appointment.

Pros

Using Rilla is just like being a professional athlete that can review game footage to understand exactly what happened during each play, check and adjust in order to improve your performance, and see how you are doing compared to top performers.

Cons

Sometimes reading the AI's translation of what you said makes for funny comedic moments. It's not perfect in getting word for word what you said, but it does get the concept pretty well.

This app is a cheat code to sales management! There is no way you could properly ride along with 10 reps and be accurate. here you have the opportunity to be there for all you reps.

Pros

I love being able to be there for all my reps, especially with Rilla LIVE I can hop on and see what my reps need before they even call.

Cons

Some transcripts aren't 100% accurate going back and forth with reps and customers, but you can always listen to verify.

Cons

Sometimes the recording stops during the presentation. Also, occasionally a Rilla will automatically populate that is meant for another sales person.

It’s been helpful in letting me make corrections to my pitch in the fly, but it can’t pick up subtle clues hidden in the human nature of physical interaction. Definitely prefer having it, over not. I understand it’s asking a lot for an AI to have that capability at this point. I just can’t help but wonder how much more helpful it could be if it were that capable.

I like the instant feedback you get from the a.i.. I think being able to identify and correct issues in a pitch in the fly is very helpful

Cons

I don’t like how it can’t determine how well a pitch is going based off of inflection and or inflection.

My overall experience with Rilla is great. I give it a 10 out of 10 I’m able to go back and relisten to my conversation almost like watching footage of you playing a sport. You can go back and listen to yourself and see where you can improve in areas, but also see where you’ve done good in areas and I think it’s a really great tool to give customers the best.

Pros

What I like the most about Rella is the feedback it can give me with the AI that built into it. It helps me become a better person and communicating with customers, and finding them the best solution.

Cons

Really the only thing I like the least is it drains my battery on my phone a lot but I just bath that with always keeping a charger with me and I don’t have any issues other than that I don’t have any complaints

So far it has been a learning tool. Still trying to learn all of the features and how it will help our team improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Pros

The written transcripts of phone calls offer a great way to go back and review conversations with customers. This helps identify times we are providing great customer service or areas to improve when the conversation doesn't go the way we anticipated.

Cons

It often gets the client and the customer roles confused. Ranking calls based off the same criteria when some calls are booking appointments and some are sales others are calling to order parts yet they are graded the same.

The onboarding and customer support has been great. I love the daily updates on the team and the ability to leave coaching notes online that they can reply to and comment on.

Pros

The ability to have a recording of the sales call so that we can coach on it and have team collaboration without actually taking the time to ride along. Our coaching ability and effectiveness are greatly multiplied.

Cons

It can have a hard time transcribing the conversation and figuring out who is talking during conversations.

So far I enjoy replaying and listening to my sales demonstration. I like that its a recording as well when you have conflicting information about what took place during a meeting.

Pros

Takes notes and has play back of appts. so you can relisten. Managers are able to listen in live or follow up with notes on the presentation. Solid evidence basically of what really took place and what was said.

Cons

Cant record if you get another walk in or pause current appt to record new. Disconnects if you use another app with voice.

Pros

Rilla is great! I would recommend this to any and all companies. Easy to guide system as well as wonderful customer support. The features are great and helps out a lot with reviewing calls and the AI for following up and getting info needed.

Cons

I have not found anything that I like least about Rilla as of now. If I do I will come back for a review.

Their is nothing to dislike about Rilla. The only thing is what's coming next. Possibly an admin account for those who are not responsible for doing ride a longs.

Rilla is a good tool to improve call quality for customers. We can listen to calls that may or may not have gone well and improve

Cons

It takes a while for the app to learn to get customers names correct. They have often mixed up customer names
