Pros

The ability to track my strong points and what I can improve on. It helps me cover all the points I need to meet company requirements.

Cons

The interface can be more user friendly. I like using the desktop version more than the app version.

Pros

This is an excellent tool for the Team to critique themselves. The Rick AI feature is fabulous! I can't imagine ever doing my job without it.

Cons

I love all of it so far. I wish it was more user friendly when interacting with our Sales Force CRM.

Pros

I am able to make sure my technicians are following our systems. I'm also able to see how our customer responds to our techs.

Cons

That you have to start Rilla and it doesn't start when you arrive yourself when you hit arrive on service titan.

It’s helped me a lot to grow as a salesman. I like using the AI feature to analyze my appointments and receiving feedback from my supervisors is a solid plus.

Pros

The AI feature and it’s the first ride along program that gets my accent correctly. I think it’s invaluable as a training and sales “diagnostic” tool

Cons

The fact I can’t delete a recording after it’s started. Sometimes I start it to early and would like to be able to delete and start again

Our rep has been quick to respond and provide any feedback needed during the onboarding/training process. We are happy with our success so far and my sales team enjoys the coaching.

Pros

Our team recently began working with Rilla and we are already having success! Easy to use and was quick for us to catch on.

Cons

We are only upset we didn’t find Rilla sooner! Only thing is that the audio can be improved as not all words translate exactly but that is more of a glitch and a rare occurrence.

Pros

It’s easy to operate. If you have any problems you simply chat and they remedy. You can forward to points without going through whole appointments

Cons

Not great at speech recognition when translating to text. Sometimes it thinks I say things that I don’t when you listen to recording

Fast feedback and positive spin Great recap of appointments. Easy to record and I like that it stops recording using location.

Cons

Lack of more detailed prompts for Rick Overall metrics / ability to ask Rick for feedback on portfolio of calls to find overarching trends

Great, it is awesome for getting managers to listen to my recordings, and basically acts like it’s own sales manager.

Pros

It’s very good for remembering details in complex sales cycles, remembering names, improving communication skills, etc. Customer support is great when I needed a recording deleted. The AI is very useful too.

Cons

The UI changes frequently so sometimes it can be hard to find past recordings. Also, I’d like the ability to download the entire transcript.

I love Rilla and everything about it. From hearing the conversations, asking discovery questions, getting answers on why some jobs didn’t close, and seeing stats on trackers has been a game changer and improved our closing ratios!

Pros

I love being able to hear a ride along and summary without spending hours on the road. It has saved me hours each week!

Cons

I wish I could schedule a time to send a comment. When I leave comments late at night I don’t want to send the comment unless it’s office hours.

I love rilla. All great experiences. My first time using a system like this, and rilla is so easy to use.

Pros

High tech AI system that gives notes after each recording! Rilla marks down if you’ve hit your script. I like that you can go in and listen to each recording.

Cons

Only thing was that it doesn’t always update to my appts. So if someone reschedules the appt that day, rilla doesn’t update.

A lot of recap and self improvement opportunities. I like going through and seeing if i said something somewhere (can search for a word).

Pros

The role play option to re do some objections for appts is helpful. Like seeing where i could have done better.

Cons

Role play cuts off before time runs out. Not sure if this is glitch. Would be nice if had more time and direction of what to say exactly.

Pros

The time spent versus the valuable insight it provides is a game changer. The little things matter and Rilla helps you with the little things.

Cons

The accuracy of some of the transcripts. What was actually said in conversation is not always what Rilla picks up. There is room for improvement there.

Pros

Ride along is an awesome coaching tool and the big Rick AI feature is excellent for self improvement. Customer support is great as well.

Cons

No real downside in my opinion. Only suggestion would be to have Big Rick on the Home Screen in the mobile app

Good! Intuitive, easy to use, great AI tools and interface! Allows me to hold accountability with my guys when I discover breaks in their process by informing them I’ll be reviewing that section of their appointment to observe their improvement.

Pros

The convenience of the app and how much time I’ve been able to save while remaining effective! An excellent tool for maximizing your reach with your team while minimizing the time necessary.

Cons

I mean, I utterly despise the “utter destruction of privacy” direction of the world, but it is what it is.

Pros

I really like the feedback after running a lead. It’s helpful for my training and constant reflection.

Cons

It’s not perfect, it doesn’t pick up everything and scribe it out correctly. I’m sure as the app is refined it will get better.

I believe greatly benefit my company, myself and my sales reps

Pros

I love the ease of use. It has a great AI interface that allows you to analyze the data it collects, give insight into how the rep handled the appointment, plus many other options. The AI is also great for the sales rep to utilize for improving there skills, drafting emails and texts etc.

Cons

As AI is relatively new, it is only as good as the algorithm and programming. But does a great job now and will be even better as Rilla continually improves it.

Consistent with the rating system setup and easy for a first timer to get used to. Very simple setup and start process.

Pros

I like that I am able to record talk ratio along with talk speed. This helps me monitor my responses and listen more while in the home.

Cons

The audio feedback is rough on a phone speaker. I would try an iPad or watch for improved audio. I have a lot of non-audible moments when I review.

Pros

A great tool to use as a manager to make sure the team is following the process through an interaction and very easy to use.

Cons

As a technician using this first in field.... It feels weird and awkward but you will eventually forget that it is being used.

Pros

I liked how Rilla automatically records and transcribes calls, making it easy to review conversations and track team performance without having to take manual notes.

Cons

Sometimes calls take a while to load, other than that, it works great! Great system and very helpful.

The personal assistant aspect of the technology. It allows for note taking and summary of conversations

Cons

The inability for merging the individual customer visits. Each recording is scored and treated as if it’s the first encounter. There is not away to add the background information already collected or add qualitative information that’s already known from previous conversations through other sources.

overall it’s been great I was extremely apprehensive at first and didn’t think it was gonna be very useful since then I’ve come to rely on it to make me a better sales person and improve my day-to-day working in the long run. I will make more money because of Rilla.

Pros

Keeps me on track and is a great tool for follow ups customers. Gives you instant feed back on what you could have done better.

Cons

The transcript could be better but I am hopeful the longer I use it the better it will get. I also would like a feature that lets me know if people a listening live

It’s still too early to evaluate the product itself, but the onboarding experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, there was no formal training provided, which has made it difficult for our team to navigate the platform effectively. We’re still trying to get time scheduled with \[sensitive content hidden\] to get a proper walkthrough. Offering training a week after implementation doesn’t set users up for success. Additionally, during our initial call, the representative joined late and rushed through what was essentially a sales pitch—yet labeled it as “training.” That approach didn’t leave us with the confidence or tools we needed to get started on the right foot.

Pros

The capability of doing ridealongs virtually

Cons

What we like least about Rilla so far is the lack of initial training and guidance. We were not provided with a clear understanding of how to navigate the admin side of the platform—especially around managing ridealongs, trackers, and analytics. This left us unsure of how to fully utilize the tool from the start. Training feels like an afterthought rather than a built-in part of onboarding. We believe a more structured and timely training process would greatly improve the overall experience and help teams like ours get the most value out of the platform.

I've really enjoyed Rilla and almost everything about it. It's such a value-add service and the support is fantastic. The response times are great when you need help and the people are super approachable. The feedback from the AI tool is much more accurate and helpful than other AI tools we've used in the past as well.

Pros

The tool, as a concept, is an absolute homerun. It's also executed extremely well. To round it out, the customer support is extremely helpful, simply, and the team behind Rilla is shockingly human. The interactions are casual, valuable, and high-impact. In our modern world of transactional interactions, the folks at Rilla actually seem to value conversation and seeking to solve others' needs.

Cons

Not too much, the learning curve to become a power user is not my favorite, but it's necessary. No different than learning some shortcuts and tools in excel - becomes much more easy to use when you spend some time in it.
