### "Need proper training"

It’s still too early to evaluate the product itself, but the onboarding experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, there was no formal training provided, which has made it difficult for our team to navigate the platform effectively. We’re still trying to get time scheduled with \[sensitive content hidden\] to get a proper walkthrough. Offering training a week after implementation doesn’t set users up for success. Additionally, during our initial call, the representative joined late and rushed through what was essentially a sales pitch—yet labeled it as “training.” That approach didn’t leave us with the confidence or tools we needed to get started on the right foot.

The capability of doing ridealongs virtually

Cons

What we like least about Rilla so far is the lack of initial training and guidance. We were not provided with a clear understanding of how to navigate the admin side of the platform—especially around managing ridealongs, trackers, and analytics. This left us unsure of how to fully utilize the tool from the start. Training feels like an afterthought rather than a built-in part of onboarding. We believe a more structured and timely training process would greatly improve the overall experience and help teams like ours get the most value out of the platform.

Gives feedback on how I need to improved and allows me to know if I am staying on our script with customer interaction

I was told it would be an orange dot at top right but there is an orange microphone. Wish tha would be gone

It gives me insight into how jobs are going and topics to train on.

Cons

That is doesn't auto start recording when the arrive button is hit in service titan.

Pros

It is helping me be more effective with my coaching. I can now give better feedback at a much faster pace then before. Rather then seeing one or 2 meetings a day, I can see them all!

Cons

Nothing as of now. I think the biggest hurdle is just learning the system but the scheduled trainings have helped with that alot.

Easy to use, just need to remember to shut it off. Covers my back when I have to explain why this or why that because hey boss man can listen to the customer waist both our times when it's a bogus lead

Pros

Feedback on how I talk, what I can do better in the future. And able to ask the ai questions on what the customer says

Cons

Inconsistent results, or the AI not understanding certain things. I don't like the notification that pops up to record your meeting I know I have to record and I'm just waiting for a customer to ask what that notification means and it'll ruin the sale

So far so good, maybe the voice identification can be a little “iffy” at times. But overall pretty happy with it.

Pros

Good features and great for self improvement. Spend time seeing where your thinking you’re doing one thing, but in reality. You’re not.

Cons

Lots of notifications! And the can slightly interfere with the user experience. Especially when you’re just trying to work before your appointment.

So far so good. The team is adapting well to it. The learning curve using the software is very short, it is very intuitive.

Pros

The ability to help more of my team in the same amount of time I use to help one!!! I use to help one rep in 2-3 hours now I can help a dozen. Also a great tool to positively reinforce good behaviors.

Cons

Not much to dislike, the team had anxiety at first but now love the analytics and ability to review their own game. Wish transcripts were more accurate.

Pros

I love being able to see my sales performance and ways to improve to be a better salesman. This platform also makes it easy so I don’t have to have my face crammed in a notebook while with my customers.

I have not run into any issues so far with Rilla. We are still new users to the platform and am learning all the features.

Pros

Rilla staff are awesome! Very easy to use and the integration with ServiceTitan is a huge plus. Onboarding was a breeze. I love how it sends reminder notifications to start recording and will stop recording when it senses movement away from the job. So far Rilla has been outstanding!!

Cons

Learning the shortcuts for handsfree would be what I like the least- growth is uncomfortable though so I know eventually it will be one thing I like the most!

Some times its good and ithers its not. When it works fine it really helps. But when it doesn't, it goes off track.

It sometimes types what i didn't say. It pivks up everything from a conversation that is being held on a tv show and it puts it down as i said it.

I like the feedback and recommendations based on customer interaction. Once we figured out how to use it the software became an asset.

I like using it to help me remember what I have promised to the customers. I wish that you could have the score if set to match what type of call it is. As not all calls should be run the same.

Pros

Easy to use and gives you a short briefing of the call once you close out of the job. Great tool for days when you have multiple proposals.

Cons

Doesn’t pick up all of the conversation and is always useful. I have quite a fee commercial property’s that I bid where there is no customer to talk to.

Good experience. I like that it will coach my technicians and gives me the opportunity to do ridealong coaching with them without actually spending the time to physically go on the call.

Pros

The time savings and coaching it provides. The virtual ridealongs are a huge timesaver and the coaching that it gives the techs is very helpful.

Cons

It was a little difficult to get started, but we worked through that and it's become much easier. \[sensitive content hidden\] done a great job getting me comfortable with the platform.
