Pros

The AI integration is fantastic, and the areas it targets are evidence-based and predictive of success in a sales or negotiation environment.

Cons

Nothing really. I'm new to it so it is a little overwhelming, but I can see how a few weeks of regular use would make it very simple to engage with.

Good, app functions mostly correct, smart stop doesn’t always work.

Pros

They respond to suggestions same day so that’s at least good

Cons

The app and concept itself is neat. However, ai language learning and voice recognition is virtually impossible to trust. I would like access to legally restrict rolls from using data gathered on my personal voice. It’s a privacy issue.

Phenomenal! You keep raising your own bar with new features to increase efficiency. Rilla has provided me with tools to level up my team and drive more revenue.

Pros

User friendly. Every interaction with someone from Rilla as been first class. Time efficient way to provide individual team members as well as the entire team with feedback. In person ride alongs take minimum 3 hours in my world, Rilla takes 5 minutes.

Cons

I don't have anything that comes to mind.

Rilla has been great I’ve notice a huge improvement in my productivity and performance makes me stay on my toes and consistently get better.

Pros

Being able to go back to key moments of a call and listen back and think oh that’s where I messed up or oh I did great at that.

Cons

Occasionally having it pick up nothing at all. Or having it say random things were said so have to go back and listen but the pro of being able to re listen fixes that problem.

Great! It is the missing piece of the puzzle that was missing. It is like watching game film.

Pros

It allows me to be "in the room" with the technician and the customer to be equipped on helping the technician be the best he can be to ultimately give the best customer service possible.

Cons

It doesn't pick up on the correct person that is speaking at the moment sometimes.

Pros

I can get an accurate understanding of what is going on in our client's homes. I can also use real time analytics to help improve my team.

Cons

As with any voice transcription the voice transcription is not 100%.

Onboarding was seamless, support is unmatched, product is like no other, platform is great. 11/10

Pros

The transparency that Rilla provides is next level. I can't even begin to explain how much this will help our team in getting better at running the process and also giving insight to our whole team on what happens on the field.

Cons

I can't have Rilla added to all my calls to help summarize and coach across the board! (I hear this is in process though so can't wait to add it!)

I am still very knew and learning it, but so far I am enjoying it and am excited about the possibilities with this tool.

Pros

It is a very helpful tool to see ways of improvement you can have with all kinds of customer interactions. It makes it a very easy process to go through calls without having to listen to every second.

Cons

It gets customer and employees voices mixed up from time to time, but that is an understandable issue.

Beneficial. The ai tool is a cool feature, but I mainly find the most benefit from re-listening to conversations and self coaching.

Pros

The recording of conversations is great. Being able to go back and re-listen to conversations is a great tool for many reasons.

Cons

Having to carry an ipad around during 1-2 hour appointments can be a bit of a hassle. Not sure how you would overcome this though..

The technology and idea of it in itself is absolutely amazing. The ability to see what the best reps are doing and learn from everyone i dont get to see everyday is such a great tool to make everyone better.

I have had a good amount of technical difficulties with the app as far as it closing or it stopping recording

After two days of using Rilla it is operating as advertised.

Pros

It allows me to efficiently assist my team with their customer service interactions. I can coach the entire team instead of one person at a time.

Cons

Some of the transcripts are not easily understandable but we just started this week and the AI program has just been introduced to our team.

Pros

The app doesn't convert to landscape when using it on the ipad and my keyboard doesn't have an esc key to use for the shortcuts.
