Overall XpertCoding is a great product that can be tailored to your specific medical setting and make coding a breeze. The speed at which is completes the charts is also so fast allowing the charts to be billed faster which enables faster collections.

Pros

XpertCoding is a leading medical AI coding product that can rapidly confirm and edit proper E&M as well as CPT codes. Thousands of charts can be completed daily allowing them to be sent out for billing faster and to assure accurate coding therefore decreasing audit concerns.

Cons

There was a lot of learning that we had at the beginning that required considerable trial and error, however the vast majority of these issues have been corrected

Overall amazing thanks for everything you do to help make our lives as Doctors better as well as getting us to real time in billing and collections.

Pros

Overall, a wonderful AI coding in billing system that has improved the quality of our lives as Doctors as well as our billing encoding staff. Helping make primary care private practice, enjoyable again and allowing us to keep our doors open to serve our community the best we can.

Cons

Xpertcoding is the best kept secret and Healthcare we need to change this to spread the word. Eventually, working with practices of all sizes will be great.

Overall we are impressed with XpertCoding. They have increased our billable charges, present accurate data, provide weekly updates and information.

Pros

The team is easy to work with, very knowledgeable with Medical Billing & Coding. Updates occur quickly, and communication is prompt. The software does a great job of evaluating our charting, looking for opportunities to increase revenue via missed charges. We're impressed with the companies ability to lower our risk factor, by ensuring we are properly documenting and assigning the proper E/M codes to our visits.

Cons

No cos thus far, the company is easy to work with and overcomes any challenges we present.

Pros

XpertCoding is a great platform to increase the efficiency for coding teams. Their system is very robust & they perform regular updates & improvements. Customer service is second to none. They provide easy communication methods & direct contact with knowledgeable technical teams. They also provide an account dashboard for reporting & analytics.

Cons

As with any project implementation, capturing all of the outliers or non-standard issues can be time consuming & ongoing. I would imagine even more time & detail would need to be discussed if they don't already have an interface in place with your software. However, this is an unavoidable aspect of implementation.
