I can't complain about anything. They follow up really well, and the dashboard, well it just works seamlessly.

Pros

The support team is really excellent - a great help to getting started, even though the dashboard to create programs seems really intuitive. I just set up my first campaign and love the flexibility to create something that looks exactly the way I want.

Cons

I think it's a bit pricey but it does seem to offer value for money compared to what else is out there. UpViral is the closest competitor I can think of and that's completely out of most small business's budget.
