I love how easy it was to set up and how quickly I got it up and going! It felt complete without having to make a million decisions.

Cons

The look is pretty basic. I know this is why it was so quick though so it didn't really bother me. :)

Great so far. Service responds. They are going above and beyond to make the software work for our company by creating an extra column in the commission at no charge.

Pros

Its a great value for the money. Very easy to use. Fast set up. Support responds very quickly. Faster than everyone else when I was searching for the software.

Cons

The instructing on using your own domain for links. It's a little confusing. I can do some coding so I will figure it out but I wish they would just be a little more explanatory for people like me.

I like Rocket Referral because it keeps things simple, affordable, and beginner-friendly—while still giving me the tools I need to grow. As someone building Freshwater Fishkeeping 101, I don’t need an overly complicated enterprise system.

I appreciate the ease of set up, a practical user experience, and the overall premium quality Referral Rocket delivers with its product.

Pros

I love that Referral Rocket is an easy to use tool that delivers amazing value at a fraction of the cost!

Cons

To date, I haven't experienced any glitches or product failures and I appreciate that. The only thing I wasnt pleased with was the limited number of campaigns available in the tier 1 package.

Very positive, I feel supported and cared for. The product is easy to work with, with plenty explanation and examples.

Pros

I needed help to integrate with a newsletter platform new to them, and the team was very responsive and straight to the point. After some tests and troubleshooting, we landed on a brand new integration for them that solved my problem.

Cons

Pricing could be more flexible. The tiers had a decent jump in price, while the starter is pretty much a no-go option. A freemium tier would be interesting.

So far it looks like it's got everything I need to start a referral campaign. It's very intuitive and I'm hoping to get great results.

Pros

I can use it for free before deciding whether it fits my needs or not.

Some things can't be edited after the campaign has been set up (like the monetary reward).
