Torna-nos mais organizados, o suporte é excelente. Inicialmente houve alguma resistência por parte dos colaboradores mas neste momento já flui em velocidade cruzeiro.

A simplicidade de trabalhar o programa Integração total entre equipes de operação e suporte técnico. Automação de tarefas de agendamento e acompanhamento de serviços. Dashboard em tempo real com indicadores de performance. Interface intuitiva que facilita o uso por equipes de campo.

Pouco intuitivo nos menu esquerdo Numa mesma intervenção não conseguir colocar horários diferenciados

Pros

O aplicativo é de grande utilidade na gestão de agendamentos. Permite facilmente criar, alterar e atribuir tarefas a técnicos. Uma grande mais valia para nós é a ligação automática entre os agendamentos e a cobrança facilitando muito a gestão de clientes, bem como o agendamento automático de serviços avençados.

Cons

O aplicativo está em constante desenvolvimento pelo que podem surgir alguns bugs, mas a equipa de suporte é rápida e normalmente resolvem em muito pouco tempo.

Muito boa. Já são anos a trabalhar com a Servisync e estão sempre dispostos a fazer melhorias no sistema, de acordo com as nossas necessidades. Fácil de usar, nenhuma queixa. Somente elogios por parte dos nossos colaboradores e clientes. Para quem gosta de organização no trabalho e comunicação com o cliente, deve experimentar.

Pros

Pq em um sistema único eu consigo definir os serviços diários de cada equipa, definidos por prioridades, além que os colaboradores conseguem registrar o ponto.

Cons

Mesmo com a internet boa, as vezes é um pouco lento a processar os comandos de atualização de páginas.

CleaningTime used another service management software that was much more expensive than Servisync, but it didn't have half the features. Servisync is a specific software for cleaning companies, both small and medium-sized businesses. We were able to optimize and improve our service management and our communication with customers, by sending emails and SMS.

Pros

The software is very complete and intuitive, meeting all the demands of a cleaning company.

Cons

There is nothing specific that I don't like about the software.

A minha experiência, de início confesso que fiquei pouco recetiva há aplicação, até porque o inicio não foi fácil, o tempo que tinha para explorar e me familiarizar era pouco. Confesso que hoje em dia é uma grande ajuda, não me deixas esquecer nenhum cliente, tem as perguntas certas para deixar um comentário de pequenos detalhes do cliente, ajuda na organização de equipas poupando-me sempre da colocação inicial, assim como de clientes. Dá-me o resumo de todas as horas e equipas de trabalho

Pros

A ajuda que dá na para o não esquecimento de clientes, na sobreposição dos mesmo e na não colocação repetida de funcionárias.

Cons

O início, onde tenho que colocar todos os clientes e serviços. :)
