The responsiveness of the team to development bugs and feature requests is second to none. We will happily be long term CueManager users, and our clients and tech partners are equally happy with it. Pros Incredible pace of feature development, very comprehensive suite of features unavailable in most other similar solutions, teleprompter view is very helpful, the development team has direct production/event experience and knows the pains we experience, pricing is scalable. We are thrilled to be using CueManager as an integral part of our software stack, and our clients appreciate it and notice the quality difference as well. Cons It is a new software, so there are occasional production bugs, and integrations are still forthcoming for some areas. However, these are quickly rectified and pose no issues to our events or product stability.
