The ease it creates in getting items from work order to invoice is incredible. Pros It is very easy to use. Works great to keep schedules. It is very intuitive and is easy to learn how to use. Everyone was knowledgeable and super friendly whenever I had questions. Pros The contract signing functionality and the central organization the platform provides. The customer service was top notch. Cons That I didn’t start using this earlier. This could have been an absolute game changer for my business. A lot of the obstacles that were preventing my success are no longer an issue. The scheduling is my favorite feature because it’s fully customizable. I’ve really enjoyed using it and it’s been much easier than scheduling everything on Google Calendar. Cons The payment processing feature is still not fully ready, but it should be active this month (at least that's what I've been told), so I’m looking forward to that! Review Source TG Talon G. I have worked with many CRMs and they are truly the first to cover as much as they say they do. Cons I know they are in the works but I wish I had access to more HR functions. August 19, 2024 5.0 My overall experience with MotionOps is that is absolutely great value for money. It gives you all the key features you need. You can scale with no problem. There are some features this software does not offer yet, but those taht are offered are first class. Pros It is a very well thought out software for companies who are about to scale because it has built in processes needed for more complex companies. At the same time https://www.motionops.com/ allows customer to go through a full workflow even if their business currently is not fully developed. Cons A very small companies might not appreciate the full scale of MotionOps HR and financial reporting, or orderly way of inputing account data and job titles before being able to send proposal or to an inovice. February 12, 2024 5.0 It is a simple and easy to use software that replaces 4 different platforms, so I would recommend it to every service company. Pros It's very easy to grow your team. I loved the schedule system because it's so easy to use. Cons I'd like to be able to pay through the app, but this feature is going to be available soon, so that's great. January 26, 2024 5.0 Pros The thing I found amazing about MotionOps is how easy it wast to set up an account and manage my day to day tasks. I can create proposals in no time, and the way the payment is handled makes it super easy for me to collect payments. Cons Lack of integrations with 3rd party softwares, although I've been told it's a coming soon feature so I'm looking forward to that.
