I will give it 4.8 out of 5. As an influencer, I spend many hours creating content, I get paid almost nothing by Meta or Instagram. Racontor solved one of the biggest problem for me, gave me the opportunity to work with brands, monetize my content and make a living. Signing up, getting in touch with brands and everything till project delivery is smooth. So far, I had no issues getting paid on time. Pros I like the simplicity of the overall process. As a content creator, onboarding took only a few minutes, and zero fee part is what I liked the most. Cons I like most of their features and things, but I don't really like their UX. I could not be happier for finding this platform because I used to pay unreasonably high monthly fees for another platform in the past. Now I am getting better outcome at no cost! Pros I have been using Racontor for about 5 months now, and quite happy with it. It has provided me all the important tools and features to handle my influencer marketing needs. The best part is, I don't have to pay any monthly or yearly fees to use their service! Cons The customer service is not up to the mark as of my experience. Sometimes, they take 24 hours to get back to you which I think should be improved.
