Pros Es una herramienta "user friendly" y flexible. El proceso de integración no es complejo (con 3 reportes de nuestro LMS y uno de empleados), se gestionan todos los procesos. Cons Lo más complejo de la implantación es realizar el mapeo de campos en en LMS para la correcta implantación pero Iformalia tiene la gestión del proyecto muy bien estructurado, lo cual facilita mucho el proceso de integración. Es un servicio imprescindible para trabajar en programas de formación subvencionada o programada para las empresas. Te facilita mucho el trabajo y su gente siempre te ayuda en lo que necesites. Cons Su interfaz podría mejorar pero en seguida te adaptas a ella. Funcionalmente tiene pocas desventajas.
