Super easy - could be better UI/UX Cons it takes to many clicks to setup distributions, alerts reporting etc. there is possibility for automation which could remove these clicks. It saves ressources for us. Pros We use it as an integration between our customers data and our main system. Link can translate the data into something usefull. This gives me a nice overview of how we use tha data that comes from our customers. Cons It is hard for us to set up new partners. We are very much dependent on Bizbrains to be able to help us.
