I rarely write reviews, but Black Crow has amazing customer service and they truly make it a no-brainer for your business to implement their software. Plenty of software solutions promise results without much to back it up - but Black Crow proves their ROI and lets the results speak for themselves. I have referred multiple businesses and will continue to do so!

Been a great experience and would recommend and have recommended to others. Enjoy that they're constantly trying to improve the product and allow for different use cases.

Pros

The team was great in implementation and showing what BCAI could do. They graciously extended their trial period for us so we could fully understand the product and how it would impact our bottom line. We definitely can see the benefits of using BCAI in our advertising and marketing.

Cons

There's not much that we don't like. We see incremental lift for our Meta marketing and so as long as it pays for itself we are happy to continue using. We haven't really seen any major benefit from BCAI on Snap or TikTok but maybe that's just us.

The setup was very easy and we were able to see potential results over a long period of time in order to make the decision. The ability to have a long trial and to see the differences
