Good customer service. Complete takeoffs to the parameters set by my companies capabilities and needs. Pros Just upload your documents. That's it! This opens up the door for things that may have been set aside - it gives you the time to catch up while you know that the takeoff is still being completed. Cons The reporting that is received - particularly the excel format does not group each item to a specific scope. For example, sanitary sewer items are mixed with water main and storm sewer which makes it a little difficult to follow. They are quick to respond and always very helpful. We have also verified that the takeoffs are accurate. Pros I like how user-friendly it is. I can upload a large set of drawings and have a full detailed and organized Excel in just a few days without even thinking about it. It saves so much time. Cons No negatives except that we wish we had had this as an option sooner. It would have saved us a ton of time! Pros It is straight forward to use, saves me a lot of busy work and time. The functions inside of the program are very easy to understand. Cons Having to adjust to something new, however there support team has been wonderful coaching through the things necessary to get the most out of the project. Pros it quadrupled the aount of bids I could do. Very easy to use. Customer serice is great. The GUI is very smooth. Cons It doesnt have pircing for the duct or materials as I can do with a different software however it's way faster. Beam AI is user friendly, the staff is ready at any time to help, and they have always resolved any issue in a timely manner. Pros It saves me a lot of time. It is very user friendly. It makes it easier for me to get a lot more done in a day. We went from taking estimates off by hand, to using a digital software, to now using AI, and it has made a huge difference in my time management. Cons I can't say there was anything I disliked. The only thing that was difficult at first was just getting used to the way it worked, but also understanding what information was essential to feed AI to get an accurate take off.
