Pros It’s an all-in-one system which is convenient and easy to use— and they only continue to improve. Manage a website, memberships, payments, leads, email & text marketing from one login and with a team that is there to help every step of the way. Great customer service and great additional services available. You would spend hundred more, have a dozen logins, and a huge headache to get everything they offer from other sources! Cons It’s great, so our dislikes are pretty petty. The language of the system “class/coach/instructor” doesn’t match our business model “sessions/trainers.” It would be great to have a little more control on customization: being able to add initiation fees, provide discount codes, pick EFT dates and prorate dues, BUT this list was different previously, as they are constantly improving through feedback and innovation and checking things off our list! Usually in a more intuitive way. 3. Customer Service: I don’t have an abundance of time to learn an entirely new system. FitHive walked me through everything step-by-step. Anytime I need anything to this day, they will be able to jump on a call the same day (often within minutes). Peace of mind is through the roof.
