I look forward to learning more and optimizing how we are using the software to help grow our business. Pros The customer service has been out of this world. The team has been extremely helpful and personable! Cons There are some "extra" features that we had with our previous software that are not available with FitHive. They weren't necessary, just something we liked. Change is always a challenge. We do have the ability to request new features however so that's a nice touch! Such a great group of people who really care about your success. I would recommend them to any gym owner or trainer with an online/in person biz. Pros Biggest thing is that there a human who can help me anytime I need it. Their robust, intuitive system is fantastic! And the variety of services they offer, including CRM, marketing, and AI sales assistant is amazing! They are super chill and easy to work with. Cons They didn’t necessarily have all the features we needed. But they always invite feedback and make constant improvements. And there is almost always a workaround as well. Cost - paying for all of these systems is not very cost-effective. Especially because they do not talk to each other. 2. Integration: FitHive can do almost everything all these systems can do. Usually in a more intuitive way. 3. Customer Service: I don’t have an abundance of time to learn an entirely new system. FitHive walked me through everything step-by-step. Anytime I need anything to this day, they will be able to jump on a call the same day (often within minutes). Peace of mind is through the roof. Review Source SC Steve C. Transforming everything over to FitHive was scary and time consuming. It was worth all of it. Costumer service is top notch and they get back to you with any questions big or small. They are always staying on top of new things that can scale our everyday business ventures and you have the opportunity to utilize operations that will expand your business. Pros All in one management system. You may communicate with members and potential members. Figure out your numbers. Market. And so much more Cons The least? I truly love everything about FitHive. If I have to choose the least it would be all the features. There are so many things to use to grow your business it's hard to choose which one to use first. Pros It truly covers all aspects you need as a business owner. From website design and customization, to POS, to scheduling and booking appointments, and the list goes on. Instead of needing multiple platforms to fit my needs, this has been a wonderful one stop shop. Cons Even though it is very user friendly, at times I have a hard time finding the instructions on doing something new(to me). However, this isn’t a huge issue because the customer service team is very responsive and helpful. CRM, class schedule, fitness programs, nutrition plans, marketing and email campaigns, web development and landing pages, text communications, and all in all one service. Best platform for a gym like mine! Cons It can get overwhelming at first with training, as it offers so many options. It took me months to learn everything on their platform, and that's because it has so much to offer! Pros It’s an all-in-one system which is convenient and easy to use— and they only continue to improve. Manage a website, memberships, payments, leads, email & text marketing from one login and with a team that is there to help every step of the way. Great customer service and great additional services available. You would spend hundred more, have a dozen logins, and a huge headache to get everything they offer from other sources! Cons It’s great, so our dislikes are pretty petty. The language of the system “class/coach/instructor” doesn’t match our business model “sessions/trainers.” It would be great to have a little more control on customization: being able to add initiation fees, provide discount codes, pick EFT dates and prorate dues, BUT this list was different previously, as they are constantly improving through feedback and innovation and checking things off our list! Pros I like the integration of all the necessary functions in one place to run a fitness business Cons Even though it has all the necessary functions they are not always the best possible version of that function. But they are always trying to improve and they are responsive to suggestions. Love that it is a small business, much like we are a small business. Easy to use for us and teach to our teachers. Pros How easy it is to edit and add classes, check in clients, and have recorded classes for clients in the library. Cons That there is not an easy way to enter a workshop, where the rules are different than a package of classes or drop in. That with kids yoga, we cannot enter anyone without an email.... Reason for choosing FitHive FitHive customer service was amazing, they are personal, and attentive to our needs.
