"Textla is an excellent choice"

**Pros:** The process is seamless and great customer service. Their prices cannot be matched. My rep Jeremy was very helpful

"The Text Upgrade I Needed"

**Overall:** Pricing with our previous SMS provider had become unaffordable for my company as a very small business – with no increased benefits. It was time to make a switch, and Textla consistently stood out as both affordable and reliable. Their customer service is responsive; the onboarding process was smooth and supportive; and the cost savings will add up to thousands over the year. We’re very happy with our choice and highly recommend Textla to anyone looking for a new SMS provider or entering the space for the first time.

**Pros:** Textla is affordable, easy to use and backed by great service, saving us thousands each year over our old provider.

**Cons:** Compliance took time and I miss a few perks I had with my previous provider, but affordability makes Textla the right fit now.
