Cons There’s really not a whole lot negative but the one thing I will say is just not getting a true price before you actually buy, but the prices are very simple and it’s $25 a month monthly or $19 a month yearly and $0.01 per text per customer very affordable! The initial setup of Textla was simple and didn't take long at all. Pros The biggest pro about Textla is it's a US-based company. They're very easy to reach if I have any questions, and they respond quickly. That is what makes them the top choice for me! Cons The only real con for the way I use Textla is that they don't have an app to be able to send texts from. That would be helpful for the way I use it. I'm using it primarily for meeting reminders and updates with my team, and it gives me a much more professional and organized way to communicate than relying on a WhatsApp-style group channel. It's straightforward, cost-effective, and doesn't overcomplicate the features I need. Even when I ran into an issue during setup, the level of support I received reinforced that I'd made a good choice. I can see this being a great tool for business owners and team leaders in just about any industry. Pros The value for the money is probably what stands out most. I've used a similar texting platform before that was significantly more expensive, and Textla gives me the features I actually need at a much more reasonable cost. I especially like being able to schedule messages in advance, use short codes for opt-ins, and manage contacts through a simple but effective CRM. Their customer support has also been phenomenal. Cons The phone number registration process required some additional information that I wasn't expecting, which caused a slight delay in my original launch timeline. My team needs to get in touch with creators quickly, which often means we need additional ways to reach them besides just email. Textla gives us the power to reach these creators with a simple, easy-to-use interface. We love it! Pros Textla is super simple to set up and use. Our team was up and running quickly. Importing contacts takes seconds and the entire tool has a very easy learning curve. We can schedule campaigns to go out en masse to our creators or just do 1:1 texting with a creator.
