We sell both wholesale and retail; online and in person. C2W met every need that we had on each front. Armed with an Android cell, the fact that items can be "picked" with an accompanying photo is huge. This feature will greatly improve keeping accurate inventory. It will also save a tremendous amount time when filling orders. Our invoices can range from one item, to sixty items and with only two full time laborers, time management is essential. The system essentially pays for itself with this feature alone. Pros Very user friendly, the tech support is amazing and the cost is very reasonable. Being a small business, we needed something affordable. Cons Any questions we had were addressed and resolved quickly. We've experienced no cons, C2W has exceeded our expectations. It's affordable and fully functional. The software makes tracking inventory, creating sales and purchase orders easy, and its reports are clear. The dashboard showing open sales and purchase orders, along with items to reorder, is really helpful. We're getting great value for what we pay each month. Pros The batch import function in this software is a huge plus. You can either import from an Excel file or simply copy-paste from Excel or Notepad directly into the program. This is a big improvement over other software we've tried, which required adding items one by one. It also easily prints labels and barcodes and gives clear, real-time inventory details like quantity on hand and availability from a single item screen. There are many more great features in this program. Cons The absence of a multi-currency function is a limitation, and I'm hoping to see it added in the near future.
