I love how easy it is to navigate the site. Being able to see where each of the candidate's stage in the employment application is great.
Easy to use and provides useful information. Been nice watching them grow and expand their offerings to include things like job-posting and video interview.
Everything is great and when I needed help I could get it from a friendly rep.
The recruiting feature with indeed and the short answer. I like that it gives me an idea of who they are and what position would be the best fit for them at my company before I talk with them.

I didnt find the right candidate unfortunately but I am picky.
I'm new to this and have yet to fully use the product so no comment just yet.
I cannot create multiple posting in specific areas of my state and I get too many out of state candidates.
This needs to work better from my cell phone because I'm always on the go. This is terrible on IOS.
"Best Hiring tool for Insurance Agencies"
Pros: 1.) Easy to set up and use and get my job posting out to multiple job sites all at once 2.) By far a more cost effective hiring tool than paying a headhunter a % of a candidates first year salary 3.) The personal assessment information provided gives great insight into a candidate's potential "fit" within our business
Cons: Not much to be honest, maybe it would be a slight improvement to not have to keep re-verifying a job posting as often but that requirement probably comes from the job sites themselves.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is to be able to speak with a live person like we used to.

Cons: This needs to work better from my cell phone because I'm always on the go. This is terrible on IOS. I also want you guys to not just let me ask candidates if they're licensed, but there needs to be a radial button or star on their name in the overall candidate list page so I can quickly sort/see licensed candidates.

Overall: Good! The initial setup was fantastic. Loved Kelly! We've had some good candidates come through as well.
