\[sensitive content hidden\] has been a breeze to work with. she makes the onboarding process so easy every year

the scheduling interview option is not available anymore. it is all video interview based. i wish we can go back to schedule interviews

I like the portal and the whole process. Love my rep Kelly Wilmott.

Pros

I love how easy it is to navigate the site. Being able to see where each of the candidate's stage in the employment application is great.

Cons

With some feedback from applicants and current employees, I wish the questions in the assessments can be improved.

Love Ideal traits. Easy to work with 1 stop shop and reasonably priced.

Pros

Ideal traits are a one stop easy to use stop that helps me find the best qualified candidates for my agency. They make it easy and do it all from posting the job ads, managing candidates and profile testing. within a day of my ideal traits job postings, I had over 125 candidates and resumes in my in box. from there I was easily able to assess for the best candidates to interview based on their personality assessments.

Cons

Not really a negative but I got so many resumes the first day I had to turn them off, so I had time to assess.

Pros

1.) Easy to set up and use and get my job posting out to multiple job sites all at once 2.) By far a more cost effective hiring tool than paying a headhunter a % of a candidates first year salary 3.) The personal assessment information provided gives great insight into a candidate's potential "fit" within our business

Cons

Not much to be honest, maybe it would be a slight improvement to not have to keep re-verifying a job posting as often but that requirement probably comes from the job sites themselves.
