Pros In my professional role, managing an integration support/operations team, Nodinite has proven to be integral for our possibilities to not only monitor solutions in multiple integration platforms and other integration related solutions, but beyond that we have based a strong part of our workflows using Nodinite to interact with error and incidents for example using landscape views. The way Nodinite can be utilized to monitor, be informed, and help us act had helped us lower our time spent. Also documentation and articles related to both the solutions and specific incidents can easily be created and linked to the corresponding integrations this combined with the landscape views helps us in reducing time spent on every ticket we handle. Cons Nodinite is the kind of product that lends itself to our needs and is well thought through, one thing that could improve our workflows even further would be a unified monitor dashboard, when working with multiple customers and platforms logging in to multiple servers and instances of Nodinite is a bit bothersome and time consuming, so an abstraction in the form of a dashboard where you can connect to multiple instances to see statuses and so on before going in to the specific Nodinite instance would help us out. Suitable for most integration environments particularly Azure Integration Services and BizTalk Enterprise solutions. Cons Could be useful to have a user-forum where other Nodinite administrators can share tips and tricks and solutions to edge cases. It saves us time and money. The team at Nodinite are also very friendly and customer service oriented! Pros If you work across different integration platforms, from on-prem to the cloud, as we do, all our logging and monitoring is done with Nodinite instead of several different tools! With a fixed subscription fee also, it is super easy to understand the cost so you don’t need a PhD or extensive spreadsheet to calculate monthly expenses. It is also easy to add new users, at no extra cost. The value for money is terrific. Cons Nodinite collects a lot of data but to visualize it, you need to integrate it into Power BI. It is only available in one language (English). Reasons for choosing Nodinite Platform neutral and have agents (connectors) to all known systems we need to integrate to.
