Overall: EHI makes paper charts a thing of the past. Everything we need stored right in here in the EHI system.

Pros

PROS: I like how efficient they are and their tech support team is very efficient with communication.

Cons

CONS: That EHI is not the universal EMR system. EHI needs to be implemented in every office!!!!!!!!!

EHI team constantly tries to reach out our qualified patients, also EHI team reach out to our office to make sure all going well and patients are happy when they reach out to our patients Invoice and detail of the invoice is sent regularly to our office

We get notification when a patient is needing care when it comes to the chronic conditions.

How management constantly calls numerous times a week when a simple email is enough to communicate effectively and efficiently.

Pros

RPM-CCM program is easy to initiate. They will assist with set up and provide monthly reports. They will also help to reach out to new patients to bill more revenue. They will also handle billing as well.

Cons

The fees had increased after initiation however it was within reason.

I think the drs part should be a little more user friendly as they are so fast paced all day long.
