Its well organised and a bit confusing at first but once you got the hang of it its a great way to work with your data and store it. I think depending on what business, it can be of great use. Pros I like that once you understand how to use it, it basically falls into place... everything makes sense. You just need to get the hang of it and once you have that its pretty easy to understand. I am able to run reports for all my employees individual sales and get their payouts in real time to be able to process payroll easily. Pros I like that all of my commission employees can utilize salesforce to input their sales while they are out on the road and we can see the updates in real time from the office. Cons The report building feature can be difficult until someone has either been taught or has used the salesforce for a little while.
