El área de EHS es muy compleja y abarca muchos temas, pero con la matriz de cumplimiento de EHSoft, se facilita su seguimiento, independientemente de la persona que se encuentre a cargo del departamento.

Pros

Se aprecia de manera clara la cantidad de requerimientos normativos asignados al departamento de EHS y su progreso. Además, me permite revisar el seguimiento y archivos para corroborar el trabajo realizado.

Cons

Aunque me siento tranquilo en la parte normativa, y aunque permite registrar la evidencia de eventos como la recolección de residuos, simulacros, capacitaciones y otras actividades del departamento EHS, aún le falta trabajar en la parte operativa, por ejemplo, contar con una sección para llevar la Bitácora de Residuos.
