Client Support is phenomenal, they really want to see you are using the app and understand how it can make our workers safe and our business is doing it's due diligence for compliance with local laws. Pros The Internal Responsibility Workflow, you can customize compliance elements, the built in corrective action workflow and how you can assign corrective actions without creating additional forms... Cons If anything I wish I had more time to fully utilize all of the capabilities within it. It seems like almost every time I log in, I learn about a new feature or function that I wasn't using, but now do! When safety becomes so time consuming due to the paperwork, it tends to go to the bottom of the pile ... 1Life saves that from happening by making it easy to do and easy to follow up on! Cons I can't say there is anything I dislike, I am excited for the new version to see the changes! Good support from the 1Life crew. Pros One stop shop, for all things safety. Easy to view, sort, create, and report on forms of all types. Incident, Good Catch, Near Miss, etc. Inspections for all mandatory inspection items can be created and tracked in the software as well. Since the app and desktop versions were synced, it is essentially seamless working between the two different mediums. Really great program. Cons Too many clicks required on lots of forms. They are always there to help and the training is great! Pros Always there to help with anything! Their App is awesome, especially when you are on a jobsite and all you have to do is fill out the app and all of our Safety is in one spot! Cons The App wasn't very user friendly, but they have changed and upgraded it so all is good now... No cons!! It's relatively user friendly and easy for us to track everything. Cons Throughout the years there have been the odd glitches here and there, but they are always making improvements and their customer service regarding those issues have been very speedy. The staff are accommodating when you need help, the website is easy to use and the overall functionality of the program is very good. Pros Customer service is top notch! 1life staff are available to help you through any challenges you may face. Cons Searching for a particular document or form can be challenging at times.
