It helps a lot that I don't need to develop onboarding

Pros

I could build product tours for returning customers to introduce them to our new features. Targeting these flows was very easy

Cons

It took me some time to understand how MAU (monthly active user) calculation works

I’m really happy with my experience using BonBoarding. It’s been a solid tool for improving our user onboarding process, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. The ease of creating custom tours and the responsive support team made a big difference for us. I’ve already suggested BonBoarding to a few colleagues because I think it can genuinely help streamline their onboarding efforts too.

Pros

BonBoarding was a game-changer for us! Setting up product tours was super easy—just a few clicks, and we could customize everything to match our brand perfectly. Another thing we loved was how responsive their support team was—they answered all our questions super fast, which made the whole process smooth. Also, being able to test the product tours before integrating them into our app was a huge plus. It let our whole team try it out and give feedback without any friction, which really sped up our approval process!

Cons

The installation process was a bit tricky at first, but the thorough documentation made it easy to figure out step by step. Once I followed the guide, everything went smoothly.
