Aesthetically, it's easy to make your reg site look unappetizing simply by not knowing how to use the tools provided. Pros I like that everything can live in one place. You can collect a lot of info and it's fairly simple for an attendee to use on the front end. Cons From a UX creator perspective, it can be clunky and difficult to navigate. There is a lot of information that lives in multiple places. Most things are obvious, but then they also have a great Community Help network that can breakdown anything you don't immediately understand. Easy to use, and in the top 3 Reg systems in the world. Cons There is a lack of functionality that is available on at least 1 other platform. This is why Cvent is top 3 in the world, and not number 1.
