I feel confident with it for my webinar Pros Easy to use. Backend is userfriendly. On the frontend it looks great and pro. Cons The settings for the speakers. If you forget to add the speaker to the attendee hub they don't have the button to join and this feature is a bit hidden. The speaker test are tricky and if you want to skip the "presentation" feature it may have incident on audio or video of the speaker. Pros Easy set up and implementation process. The user interface is clean and simple. Love the branding opportunities within the tool! Cons If using on a laptop, some of the features are distorted. The chat function cannot be turned on and off. The email function is very basic, and emails are not able to be customized. It’s extremely effective for presenting to both internal teams and external partners. Cons I do feel its lacking in some features I've thought to be essential. We have a major spam issue with many attendees jumping into our webinars who are not associated with the G2M we're targeting. I very much liked how Attendee Hub allowed black listing of certain emails/domains. It is miles above Zoom as a product - we use it for sponsored webinars and the sponsors frequently comment that it is a quality product.
