### "Best shipping platform"

Awesome company to work with and it is impossible to say enough good things about them. Love working with the whole team, and they take great care of us.

Pros

Vesyl makes shipping really simple. Our team is able to crank out hundreds of shipments a day, and Vesyl's automations make that possible. Previously we had to hand select each label one by one, and make sure we were getting the best rates. Now we just plug everything into the system, and Vesyl does the work for us. This has saved hours of man power, and thousands of dollars for our company. Looking up the labels after the fact is easy, they integrate into our POS and the tracking updates in that system for the customer. I can't say enough good things about the software, and their people are top rate. Always willing to hop on a call, help solve problems, and make sure that you are taken care of as a customer. Would highly recommend for anyone that needs a shipping platform.

Cons

There really are no issues with Vesyl, they have a great product. Sometimes when a second shipment has to be added to an order, we can't add the order number, so we manually have to upload a tracking, but that is less than 1% of the time. Everything else works great and saves us so much time and money.

Pros

The customer service is top notch and the software is simple.

Cons

It’s not always easy to lookup past shipments without the tracking number.

Overall, my experience with VESYL is a very positive one. I think the customer support is great and the small problems that we run into are quickly corrected.

Pros

I liked the user friendly interface. I appreciate how easy it is to connect with costumer support and their willingness to help.

Cons

Something that I dislike about VESYL would be that it feels like there are often small problems with their system that affect the efficiency of our company

Truly, unmatched in the best way. In small businesses, there are so many vendors and business owners we meet and are contacted by that give off the feeling that they're in it to sell the product and then they "ditch" you or don't care to understand how your company works. Vesyl does seem to care about the operations of our business in order to provide a better experience and product. It's refreshing to meet a business who is in the business of building businesses up and supporting one another.

Pros

Customer Service is the biggest difference BY FAR. We're a small business which means when there's an issue it's critical that we get answers to continue with our shipments. The answers come quickly, clearly, and if there are software issues they're fixed within less than an hour. Also, Customer Service when it comes to claims and lost packages is unmatched. FAST, efficient, clear answers and descriptions. Shipping Costs are the reason we looked into changing. So far, our cost per package has decreased by 17% which is a bigger savings that we've experienced since being in business for 10 years. We provide Free Shipping for all US customers, so this cost savings has come at a crucial time for us to continue to grow and expand our business. WOS Integration was a non-negotiable for us and our warehousing/inventory tracking. They got through the door with that information alone.

Cons

OSM delivery timeframes have been a hard adjustment for us and for our customers. However, the cost savings is worth it as long as the Customer Service continues to be sensational. RMA (return shipping) still has some things we need to get used to; increasing the ease of tracking incoming return shipments internally.

i was switching over from shipstation which i've used for years, so there was a tiny learning curve ... but i'm very happy now!

Pros

The address verification tool is fantastic for domestic use. The user interface is simple to use and the integrations areeasy to eimplement into the various platform I use. I use it this service on a weekly basis and their customer support is incredibly responsive.

Cons

The fact that the address verification is only for domestic shipments at the moment.

Pros

We needed to switch software providers to get rates for shipping. We ship between 5-10 thousand packages a day as an operation. The implementation was quick and smooth, with no problems to speak of. Any issues that were identified were fixed internally with Vesyl and internal people in a quick fashion, no problems with resolving issues.

Cons

Just a new system, takes time to learn. Learning curve is simple, just takes time to figure out new methods. Vesyl employees are responsive and happy to help with anything you need in the implementation.

Reason for choosing VESYL

Change of rates from our old software. Works like a dream and was very simple to implement it with rules.

I'm always hesitant to change platforms as there is always a learning curve with a new interface, processes, etc. This was much easier than expected though!

It's quick and easy to use, the tracking and reporting options work really well for what we're trying to do. Vesyl did a great job of meeting us where our company is at and making a solution that works for us.

I liked the entirety of my experience. I need some help through implementation but that was it.
