O principal benefício é que você precisa criar a regra apenas uma vez, e depois só ir expandindo os períodos de apuração, travando os históricos para preservação, mas grande parte do trabalho fica automatizado e organizado. Pros A plataforma é amigável com os usuários e flexível para ingestão de dados de diversos formatos. Pessoas com conhecimento prévio em Excel conseguirão se adaptar muito bem, pois a interface é bastante parecida, principalmente o conceito de abas e as fórmulas. Também gostei da trava por períodos de cálculo já apurados, garantindo a manutenção do histórico. Além disso, o motor de cálculo é bastante poderoso, é possível criar desde regras simples até cálculos complexos e que fazem referências a várias bases de dados, e a atualização acontece de maneira rápida. Quando iniciei o uso, confesso que tinha certo receio, pois já estava bastante confortável com Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot e tabelas dinâmicas). No entanto, com o ganho de conhecimento e experiência na plataforma, esse receio desapareceu, dando lugar à confiança no processo.
