Our experience has been excellent from the beginning. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and continuously evolving with new features. It has become an essential part of our guest journey at Fanal Holiday Homes, helping us provide a better experience while saving our team valuable time. Our guests frequently use the guidebook and appreciate having all the information they need in one place. I would confidently recommend Touch Stay to any accommodation provider looking to improve guest communication and reduce operational workload.

Pros

ouch Stay is incredibly easy to use while offering a high level of customisation. We were able to create a professional digital guest guide that reflects our brand and provides guests with everything they need before and during their stay. The analytics are very useful, the QR code access works seamlessly, and updating information is instant. It has significantly reduced the number of repetitive guest questions and improved our overall communication.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. It would be nice to have even more design customisation options and a few additional integrations with property management systems, but these are minor points and do not affect the overall experience.

Pros

The product itself is so easy to use and such a great feature for our guests.

Cons
