The analytics are very useful, the QR code access works seamlessly, and updating information is instant. It has significantly reduced the number of repetitive guest questions and improved our overall communication. Cons There is very little to dislike. It would be nice to have even more design customisation options and a few additional integrations with property management systems, but these are minor points and do not affect the overall experience.
